Pair 1960's Vtg MCM Mersman Floating Step Side Lounge Sofa Table Danish Retro
This is a very beautiful pair of matching Mersman suspended step tables in excellent condition. The lower rear section is suspended entirely from the top section by solid birch wood supports. Which is unusual and makes for a nice floating design element. They are large measuring 24" tall, 19 1/2" wide and 32" long. So they would be right at home with a wide couch or lounge chair. They are in excellent condition with no chips in the laminated top. The brass tipped legs have some wear to the black finish which has been touched up in places. They will be dissembled for shipping, just 8 screws per table to reassemble. Thank you!

Offered for sale is an Ethan Allen Vintage Classic Manor Maple/Birch Sofa Table w/Cane Top. This lovely table is item#15-9020 and was manufactured around the early 1980's. It can be found on page#177 of the 80th edition Ethan Allen Treasury of American Traditional Interiors. In this auction. I am selling the table without the glass top. The glass may break during shipping and could damage the cane top so it is not included. You will need a clear glass top that measures 11 3/4" x 55 3/4" x 1/8" In Dallas, the price of glass that size runs $17.00, so very reasonable. The glass sits recessed in the table and covers the cane completely(see pics#3,4) The measurements of the table are 60" wide x 16" deep x 27.5" tall. The sofa table is in excellent condition with just a few small nicks to the finish low on one ... moreleg(see pic#11) The cane is in excellent condition with the exception of the color variation which you can see in the pictures. This may be stained but I'm not sure how that is done.
