3 tier Mahogany Pie Crust Pedestal Table Occasional Table Dumbwaiter Butlers
This beautiful mahogany 3 tier pedestal table stands 41 inches tall. The 3 table tiers measure 12 1/2 inches. 17 1/4 inches, 23 1/4 inches respectively. The table has been lovingly restored to its original glory. There is what looks like a glue mark on the top of the middle table top at the base of the center column. There is a small nick on the finish of one of the feet that shows in the last picture. There is also what looks like a black or darkened spot on the lower table a few inches from the edge, it measures approximately 1/2 an inch long and 1/4 inch wide. The color difference between the second picture and the rest of the pictures is from the flash being used in all but that second picture. The true color is closer to the pictures with the flash, but the flash does make it appear a bit brighter than in person. I researched a bit to see if I could find another but nothing similar was out there. It may be a faux tortoise finish or Oil Spot Lacquer finish over wood;not metal. The color is a rich caramel.Brown and gold tone combination,which looks similar to a birds eye maple finish. It is nice a glossy with just minor scuffs and scratches to the finish;nothing serious in my opinion. Vintage Industrial UHL Toledo Metal Side Occasional Table Steampunk
Offered is this cool machine age industrial steam punk side or occasional table. I'm pretty certain this was made by UHL of Toledo. It has all the design characteristics and construction. Original black finish and oak plywood top that's in great condition. Has nice aged worn patina that gives it that look. Measures 18" by 14" and is 23" high. However, the top split at some point and was repaired on one side. On the other side the split has left a noticeable gap. Despite this, it is still sturdy and usable as-is since it's well-supported from beneath. A few light scratches on top, but the finish and paint are still very nice. Small Wood Square Living Room Occasional Table Octagon Base Burl? Inset Maple?
Very pretty. Very high craftsmanship. I don't really know how to identify wood. This is a beautiful hardwood table. My inclination is to call it maple, but I don't really know. The square top has an inset of a burled kind of wood. I can't find indication of it being a laminate, it looks solid, but again I'm no expert. The base is certainly well constructed of multiple sections of hardwood, and the construction yields a very solid table. It is fairly heavy for its size. Look closely at the pictures as they verify its quality. The down side is the finish on the wood. It appears to have had some moisture issues somewhere in its life. There is a milky hazing noticeable when viewing it from the the proper angle. I believe the only true remedy is refinishing. But in my opinion it is not bad enough to worry about and the table should ... morebe used and enjoyed as is. The octagon base really gives this little table character. This is a killer table and has a lot going for it. It has a nice basic shape that will work as a side table. Or two similar tables make a great coffee table duo. Gorgeous hard wood. Beautiful design. The legs are straight but there's a cool scalloped apron around the table, and the design on the tabletop is really nice.the grain is matched so nicely. The table is marked on the underside"Heritage 235- 125 9- 66" M easurements. It is 19" long and deep. 17" high. It weighs 13 lb, 8 oz before being boxed to ship. Condition(on a scale of poor. Fair, good, very good, excellent) is very good.considering the age, 1966, this table ... moreis in wonderful condition. Very sturdy, no wobble, totally solid construction. Two smallish scuffs on the legs. There are minor signs of wear. The only thing I consider an issue is the stain on the table's top(see last photo on right) Shipping.
