On the bottom is written“ Florence Ceramics. Pasadena, California, Patent Pending” He is holding a vase with yellow flowers. It could be it was intended to hold flowers as here is an open hole in the vase and another opening on back side behind hand. This belonged to my mother I think around 1950's. The glaze is shiny and I do not see any glazing or chips. It is sold“as is” in case I am missing something. I double box fragile items.

Rare Vintage Blond Woman with Arabian Male. Marked on the bottom Japan. This figurine measures approximately 5 ¼” Tall and the base is 4 ½” x3 ½” The colors in this figurine are mostly pastels. Her long sleeved dress is pink& aqua with little floral design, with a burnt orange colored slip and matching tam, and he is dressed in a light blue jacket, white slacks shading of brown with a white turban striped in the burnt orange color. There is matted gold tipping on both figurines and her shoes. The fully busted woman has blue eyes and blond hair. The male has his eyes closed. In the pictures it looks like he is missing his thumb, but he is NOT) The thumb is folded into the palm of his hand. BLANC DE CHINE HUNTING POINTER MALE DOG FIGURINE POSSIBLY CROWN DRESDEN GERMANY
Description: This auction is for an antique blanc de chine porcelain figurine of a pointing hound dog. The figurine is marked on the bottom in underglazed blue. But the mark is very faint. I believe that it could possibly be Crown Dresden Germany(Wolfsohn) because I can see(with loupe) the three points of a crown, what could be a D under it. There are two lines of letters under that mark, which could be Dresden Germany or Made In Germany. There is also an impressed number of 257. Again, it could be something else, but that is the closest I have come up with, that should date it to 1900 if I am correct. There is a hole on his belly, the figurine weighs approximately 10.6 oz. The figurine measures approximately 3 1/2 inches tall, 6 7/8 inches by 2 inches wide. The figurine is in good condition; no repairs. There are some in the making or firing ... moreissues. There is grit on the bottom of the base rim& some on the top of the base. A rough spot on the right side of his nose, a pitting type spot below his left eye(looks like a chip) a fire crack on the top of his right paw. There is also some scratching around the base, a few other small pitting areas. It is also possible that this could be signed, as it looks like letters on the base behind his back left foot. Anyone with further thoughts on this please share, that would be very much appreciated. Cordey bust-lamp lace Cybis male figurine
This is a Cordey/Cybis brass lamp base featuring a Cordey bust of a man. Total height 12 3/4" The bust is 6 3/4" tall. The lamp appears to have the original cord and socket, but I don't know if they work. In my opinion, they need to be replaced before using the lamp again. This auction is for the male figurine only. The female figurine is being offered in a separate auction. This auction is for a 4& 1/2 inch tall china bust which is 2& 1/2 wide at the shoulders. This handsome male doll bust has been very carefully china painted and would be a fantastic addition to anyones figurine collection and he would make a rare and unusual male half doll to add to your half doll collection. He is made entirely of white porcelain bisque which has been glazed and carefully china ... morepainted for lasting durability. He has very light brown hair with brown one stroke eyebrows and blue painted eyes. His shirt is painted a very pale blue and his white collar ruffle has been painted with fired on mother of pearl. The gold accents on his base are real fired on gold. Now for the sad part. He has a crack on the left side of his head that looks like it was there when he was painted and he has a rough discolored spot of the bottom of his base on the left hand side. Hence the low opening bid. Despite these two issues he still displays exceedingly well. The figure is signed/numbered on the base 23/170. So I assume this is the 23rd figure out of 170, then they would break the mold and do a different figurine. This is a fine quality item.and is old as there is a tiny remnants of a old label on the very base of the sculpture.
