Description From a collection. We offer a beautiful Sevres pattern figure of a putti with two baskets. It would appear to have been a lamp base. It is apparently glazed parian and is absolutely wonderful and visually appealing. It came from athe collection of a lady in the Ceramic Circle and we understand that it dates to the latter part of the 19th century. The basket on the left-hand side of the figure opf the putti has been repaired. Unfortunately poorly with some yellow glue. I have included pictures with red arrowws. This can be restored quite easily by a priofessional. To the base the only mark found is a number"18" Rest of the figure is In very fine condition, Measurements: 12 inches high( 30.75 cm) Base:6 1/4 inches by 7 1/2 in(15.5 cm by 19 cm)

Up for auction is a hand painted German Porcelain Lady Figurine Lamp Base. This item measures 8" tall and approx 3 3/4" across the bottom. It is marked on the bottom with the numbers 685. It appears there may have been a blue ink marking but it is not discernible. This lovely lady has a blue dress with yellow ruffled sleeves and bodice. She has a spray of yellow flowers across her skirt. The lamp column has a brass fitting on the top that is threaded. There is some gold accent paint on the white column right behind her head but it is worn off elsewhere. The column has 1 small hole for the cord to come out of and there is a larger hole in the bottom of the column under the base. Please note this hole is not perfectly round and appears to have been chipped out. It does not distract from the piece since it is on the bottom. They each stand in front of a dark brown tree trunk/stump with a hole in the top that I am assuming was for the metal lamp rod although there isn't a hole in the very bottom of the base for the wire. They each measure approx. 5" high and 2 1/8" wide. The incised numbers on the bottom of the base of the lady figurine are"106" 1381" 11" There is also a number"8" that is in either blue paint or marked. Antique Sevres Pair Lamp Base Two Couples 8" Bronze or Brass Base
This is a pair of two couples on what appears to be a brass base. They were lamps as you can see from the photo showing the hole in the base and can be converted back into lamps but are beautiful just as display items. Beautiful 22K gold leaf applied. They stand 7" tall and 5" wide The lamp stands have been removed but there is no damage of any kind to the entire piece. I do not know who the manufacturer of this lamp is. I have researched it on the internet but no luck if you have any information that would be very helpful. some of the edges of the flowers are slightly chipped and some of the gold looks like it has come off. Antique Von Schierholz Lamp Base (lovely and working, but damaged)
This lovely Von Schierholz lamp base probably dates to the late 1800s or early 1900s(it belonged to my grandmother) It has the beautiful. Rich colors and delicate porcelain roses and leaves associated with Von Schierholz's work. The lamp measures approximately 9" tall(from top of lamp socket to lamp foot) The base is approximately 5" x 4" The lamp is functional. But there is significant cosmetic damage. The young girl's left arm is broken as is the remainder of the rose trellis on which it is resting. Some leaves and flowers are chipped. Please see photos and use zoom tool for details. There are a few very small chips on some of the flowers and the very tips of a few of her fingers. This is NOT noticeable when viewing the piece from a usual and quits close distance. You would actually have to pick it up and look very closely to see these few tiny imperfection. For her age she is in wonderful condition and has one of the most stunning faces and color I have seen. 19C American Union Porcelain Works Parian Porcelain Figural Lamp base unsigned
Although unsigned this 19th C Parian Ware Figural Lamp Base of two lovers can perhaps be attributed to the American Union Porcelain Works group. I am not 100% sure about that maybe 95% It is in excellent condition I have gone over it with great care for imperfections other than minor production bumps on the inside I see no problems. Has the usual marks that Parian has while being formed. It has one wire hole and two weep holes. The figural measures 10 inches high and 8 1/2 inches wide. Mt feedback score is extremely important to me I am committed to pleasing my buyers. I gladly take returns if you are unhappy for any reason. Vintage Cherub Angel Children Figural Lamp Base Pair / Beautiful Floral Displays
Pair of Vintage Male and Female Cherub Angel Children Figural Ceramic Lamp Bases 19" Tall Statues/ Beautiful as Floral Displays My grandmother owned these since the early 1960s. She always placed seasonal flowers where lamps could have been mounted. The original holes are located at the top of the shoulders and have not been modified. There is also a small hole in back at the bottom for a cord. There is a makers mark on the bottom that can be viewed in the pictures but I believe they are reproductions of another work. There are other listings of identical figures that are complete lamps with the fixtuures. View them in my profile collections. They are both in good condition. Some crevices have a green patina that is possibly corrosion. Mold or an intended part of the finish. A few small areas have lightened from slight wear to the gold ... morefinish. Vintage1976 Ceramic Owl Lamp Base Only HUGE ~ 22" x 13" Ready for Lamp Kit!
HUGE 22 inch tall ceramic owl with large orange glass eyes. Molded in 1976 for use as a lamp. Appropriate holes in the base for mounting the electrical parts. Lamp hardware and light bulb through the largest of the holes. Eyes will glow if you install a second light bulb inside. Top of the head has a small hole for an upper lamp post and shade. Never been used as a lamp. Simple grey shades of paint or glaze. Good condition, no chips or cracks. Needs touch up and cleaning. NO lamp hardware included. You can purchase lamp kits at crafts stores, hardware stores, for very little money.

Dancing couple porcelain ceramic lamp base vtg vg
Up for bid is the following porcelain(or ceramic) table lamp base. Sorry. I don’t have much experience or information on this sort of item and do not know if is should be classified as ceramic or porcelain but will describe as well as possible. The lamp includes no works. Just the base and is a Victorian era dancing couple, with hands joined together in front of a pillar. There are no chips or cracks. Stamped and embedded in bottom is made in Japan as can be seen in the photos. The piece is 5 x 5 ½ Payment must be received within 4 days or item will be relisted.
