They are seated on a log and he has hat in hand and he is gazing up at her.She is wearing a beautiful dresden lace dress with applied porcelain flower accents. and she is holding her bonnet. At her feet there is a little dog. Approximately 4 inches tall and 4 inches wide. Stamped on the back of the with blue mark that looks like the Ackerman& Fritze mark but I can't quite make it out because it is blurred. French Figures via Japan! Small Figurine In Form of Lady and Gentleman.
A small reminder of when Japan followed France! A dignified Lady and Gentleman sitting on a garden bench. Dressed in the fashion of the late 1700's. The figurine of a couple is crafted during a period of Japan's poorest craftsmanship for items for export. Marked"Japan" on the bottom, the item is in good condition for its age with no chips or cracks. A previous owner had"glued" the figure to"something" with residue of adhesive remaining. This is being sold as I found it. It's an interesting piece to use for comparison to fine French porcelain and to have a glimpse of Japanese workmanship at a low ebb. Japan's fame for the finest arts and crafts for centuries, reached this low point prior to WWII, when efforts were channeled elsewhere. Up for auction is a very old pair of figurines marked Royal Porzelan in red on the bottom. This cute little couple are sitting on white gilded chairs as he is playing a musical instrument and serenading her. The lovely little lady appears to be holding a fan. Meissen Figurines 16 Inches Tall Gentleman and Lady 18th Century Dress
This is for TWO figures. These are two Meissen porcelain figurines dressed in elegant 18th century French costumes. The lady is outfitted in a charming ruffled blouse with pink corset. Gathered flowered peplum and flowing pastel blue skirt with peach border, and is holding a flowered portrait hat in one hand and waving with the other; the gentleman is bowing, with a flowered tricorn hat in his hand, and is dressed in a pink-lined light blue waistcoat, vest with jabot, flowered knickers, and white stockings with heeled shoes. Both figurines are displayed on a textured raised round base embellished with flowers, with the gentleman supported by a rustic tree trunk. Both are marked to the inside base with the Meissen crossed sword mark, and as a professional dealer told me, were made after 1940. Both of these figures are in very good condition; ... morethe only blemishes I find are a couple of very small. Minor chips on the base of the gentleman where the figure would actually touch the tabletop, and the index finger of the left hand of the lady is missing, but since this hand is below the flowered hat, it is not noticeable at all(please see the photos) They are both very tall, a little over 16 inches, and are 6.5 inches wide and again 6.5 inches deep. I will ship internationally. But at Buyer's expense. I am not an expert in Meissen figurines. Please study them before bidding. Should you require more photos. Please let me know. These are beautiful figurines and in wonderful condition.

Porcelain Victorian lady and gentleman figurines and tea pot, table
This is a 3 piece set of a Victorian lady and gentleman couple and a tea table with a tea pot and 2 cups. As you can see in the pictures the table and tea pot and cups were obviously cast in 2 parts that were not matched up properly and is uneven as you can see in the pictures. Also there is a few minor defects in the lace on the gentlemans cuf and the ladies dress as you can see in the pictures. These I am sure are in the mold as these figurines are not the highest quality. But they still look good. These will be double boxed and shipped priority mail with tracking and insurance. Because I pack with great care, and want you to get it in one piece. If you have any problems please contact me first before leaving negative feedback and I will make things right.

This pair of Victorian lady and gentleman stands about 8 1/2 inches tall. Their is some very nice ceramic lace on both the man and the lady and I see very little damage to it. The ladies left arm has a little bit but most of the lace is fine. They are in very nice condition with a lot of detail and are a very attractive pair.

This is an exquisite pair of Dresden lace porcelain figures on lamp bases. with shades. The figures measure 11.5 inchestall from the bottom of the porcelain base to the top of each figures head; from the lamp base to the top of the lamp. They measure 25" tall. Upon close inspection, the man has one finger chipped off of his right hand. Although these lamps do not match perfectly, they go together nicely. Both lamps worked when plugged in. Goldscheider Everlast Porcelain Figurines Victorian Lady & Gentleman Rendezvous
For your consideration is a charming pair of porcelain figurines manufactured by the Goldscheider-Everlast Corp. According to kovels.com. The Goldscheider family left Vienna in 1938 and started a factory in Trenton, NJ in 1940 as"Goldscheider-U.S.A. In 1941, it became the'Goldscheider-Everlast Corporation. The lady figurine is in excellent condition. She measures nearly 9" tall and has no defects other than some light cracking of the paint enamel due to age. There are several marks on the bottom of this piece including the trademarks of Goldscheider-Everlast and the name of the piece. Rendezvous. On the bottom of the figurine it has written in pencil. which look faded) the following words: France 18th century bought in London 1938" I remember when I bought it and read these words and thinking how someone must have written it down so they could remember where and when it was bought so it could possibly be passed down. Antique Dresden Figurine Lady Gentleman Blue Crown porcelain very high quality
Up for your consideration is this fine example of delicate German Dresden porcelain. Lady sitting in a 18c Parisian Parlor waiting to dance being approached by a courting gentleman. Excellent detailing work with fantastic colors. Strong gilt details. With pink and white lace with pink roses. I can only find a small area of pink lace that is damaged(please look at the main photo and look to the lower left portion of her dress below and to the left of the bottom rose. Otherwise I see no damage to any of the other lace, or any of the remaining of this excellently detailed figurine. The gold gilt is still brilliant and the colors as can be seen are very vivid. This fine collectible came from the estate of a US Army Colonel who was stationed in Germany and the Far East for many of his service years.
