However, no apparent crazing, dirt inside, some use evident Here for your perusal is this Wonderful Porcelain Water Pitcher It would have once been part of a set. There would have been a large bowl to hold the water for the washing of the face and hands. There might have been a soap dish. It was made by the Maddocks Lamberton Works out of Trenton. New Jersey. It was called Royal Porcelain. Based on the back stamp on the base. The Pitcher possibly would have been made between 1892 and 1924. Based on the nature of its usage, it was mostly on the earlier side. This pitcher is huge. At least as pitchers go. The approximate circumference of the body is 25 inches. Its tallest point is 11 inches at the spout. It weighs in at over 4 pounds. It is embellished with grey blue and white detailing. My guess is of a charming Dutch village and sailing vessels. Certainly it has slightly faded with time and use. But there are no surface type chips on the base. There is normal wear to the base. I have not cleaned the pitcher and it is dirty inside, but I have left that for

This beautiful pitcher features a Delft Dutch water scene in Holland with windmills and sailboats. Vintage antique Maddocks porcelain large pitcher with a nice grey blue and white Dutch and sailing vessel design. Reads: MADDOCKS WORKS LAMBERTON ROYAL PORCELAIN. Measures approx. 11 1/2" at its tallest. And 9" in diameter at the base. No chips, cracks, scratches, or crazing and I would consider it in good condition for its age. Has some staining on the inside that you can see as it has not been cleaned and had dirt in it. A great display piece- there is no apparent repairs or cracks evident AS IS condition. However, no apparent crazing, dirt inside, some use evident Here for your perusal is this Wonderful Porcelain Water Pitcher It would have once been part of a set. There would have been a large bowl to hold the water for the washing of the face and hands. There might have been a soap dish. It was made by the Maddocks Lamberton Works out of Trenton. New Jersey. It was called Royal Porcelain. Based on the back stamp on the base. The Pitcher possibly would have been made between 1892 and 1924. Based on the nature of its usage, it was mostly on the earlier side. This pitcher is huge. At least as pitchers go. The approximate circumference of the body is 25 inches. Its tallest point is 11 inches at the spout. It weighs in at over 4 pounds. It is embellished with grey blue and white detailing. My guess is of a charming Dutch village and sailing vessels. Certainly it has slightly faded with time and use. But there are no surface type chips on the base. There is normal wear to the base. It is a large dish measuring approx. 10 inches x 7 inches. It is approx. 1 inch in height. The subject matter is that of a beautiful woman with flowing hair& a flowing gown. This design is raised. Edges of the plate are also raised. The most raised portion of the design is her face. Color is a light Cobalt Blue; some of the photos make it appear that the glass is two tone and a more pale blue. RARE* WELLER LOUWELSA ~ RARE BLUE VASE W/ FLOWING BLOSSOMS ~ 7" VASE ~ Description This rare Weller Blue Louwelsa vase stands 7" high by about 4" wide. It has a tapered form collar. The artwork is exquisite. With large flowing blossoms. This vase is glazed in a rich blue glaze, which shades from a midnight blue, then lighter to the base, with blue and white blossoms are of course all hand painted and you can feel them raised up off the vase. This vase is marked'Weller Louwelsa 321' in a rare“circular seal” on the base. It is in excellent condition. There is a photos, some with glare, sorry. This beauty is finished to a mirror gloss. The date on the piece is likely from 1896 to about 1900. The beautiful shape just makes it a great all around piece! Antique 19thC. Flowing Blue Floral Gaudy Dutch/Ironstone 9” Plate Impressed X-GC
For your consideration is a pretty 19 th century Gaudy Dutch or Gaudy Ironstone plate with a 9 1/8” diameter and a height of 7/8” Pattern is floral. Surrounded on the border by scrolls Condition is sound with no cracks. But does have some issues; gilt loss, small edge chips, utensil marks, light enamel loss, crazing and some attendant toning. Please see the last photo taken with the flash on to see a bit of light scratched wear to the surface. As shown the burnt orange enamel on the edge rim has suffered the most. With wear to it and fleabite size nicks, the largest of which is about 1/8” x 1/8” and the next largest is about 1/16” x 1/8" and the rest are in the 1mm x 1mm category. The light golden toning is present on the face. Well as the back…not real dark or strong, but it is there. The back is artist signed in red enamel with a 6 ... moreover 5503 B and is impressed with a simple X or cross shape. Palette is typical Gaudy flowing cobalt blue. Pink, burnt orange, lime green, lemon yellow and light turquoise. And also typical is that a bit of the blue has flowed onto the back. It is mainly blue and white gingham in a diamond shaped pattern that is accented by a white bib. White sleeve cuffs and a white collar. The dress is a pull on over the head style and is buttoned up to the neck by 4 round blue buttons and there is also a snap closure next to the top button. This dress has a white pointed collar with short sleeves and some ruching above each cuff. The dress is a loose style and the empire styled waist begins at the bottom of the bib where there is some ruching. This bib extends onto the back of the dressand there is also some ruching beneath the bib on the rear of the dress. The bib is white with the blue buttons ... moreand there is dark blue curvy trim sewn to the edge of the bib. The dress was Union made in Canada by Linda Originals Ltd. of Montreal. It is made of a 100% Acetate fabric. It is a VINTAGE Size 9 but should fit a modern Medium best.
