This is a Vintage 1940s Bartsch Mfg. Chicago Baby Child's Feeding Warming Bowl Dish Ducks. It measures 2 1/4" tall and 8 3/8" wide handle to handle. It is in good vintage condition. The porcelain enamel inside of the bowl is in great shape. The metal base and handles have issues. There are no dents but there is some sort of crystalization which makes the surface rough and discolored and also there is a greenish"patina" around the rim. There are 2 ducks depicted on the inside of the bowl. One is carrying a spoon and the other is carrying a? There are no chips in the porcelain but there is crazing throughout. I am offfering this vintage or antique Kockums of Sweden baby feeding set. Both pieces are very cute and very shabby and obviously used. The feeding plate is 6.5 inches in diameter and is made of white porcelain but has lots of wear. There is a charming Princess in a red dress leading a goose with a gold crown and a little boy following her leading another goose. The cup has the same design but the cup is even more shabby than the plate. please see photos as there is much of the procelain missing from the cup) I would definitely not advise actually using this pair but boy would they add charm and whimsy to a baby or childs room as conversation pieces. There is a decal on the underside of the base that indicates that the piece was made by or for Culbertson's Limited of Covington, Louisiana. Seems to be in good condition. The base is wood.
