STAFFORDSHIRE DALMATIAN DOG FIGURINES - OPPOSING MATCHED PAIR - 5 1/2" TALL
NO RESERVE BID- Here is a really charming old diminutive opposing pair of Staffordshire Dalmatian Dog Figurines. There are almost identical except that one figurine is very slightly taller than the other. One stands approximately 5 1/2" and the other 5 5/8" They have red collars gold. Padlocks and gold chains. Thery appear to be all in great shape but do have"age" crazing under the glaze. I m absolutely no authority and all I can say for certain is that they did come from an old estate. I will be glad to try to answer any email questions. There are no maker's marks or other identification that I can discern. In any event they are certainly a handsome pair in great shape. 19c Meissen Porcelain Figurine Charming Young Boy Flower Basket 5 1/2" Tall
He measures 5 1/2" tall and weighs 7.54 ounces. The piece has had some very fine professional restoration on the staff and basket handle(see close up photos) After very careful examination with good magnifying glass and enlarged photos. The restoration appears to be on the wooden staff and basket handle hanging from the staff and possible the hand holding the staff as there is some glue showing between the fingers. Bottom is clearly marked with the Meissen blue crossed swords, impressed numeral 132, inscribed number 4 and the number 34 in brown color. This cute little vintage mouse will be a great addition to your Piggy Bank collection. Stands approximately 5 ½” tall or approximately 7" on the diagonal. He was made in Japan. With tag still attached. Item#3893 from the Lefton collection of ceramic collectibles. Mr. Mouse has bead eyes that are attached from the inside of the bank with wire, which is still intact. Measuring 5-1/2" high. This is a recent copy of an extremely rare half doll flapper couple that was was made in Germany ca1920s. The woman with her flapper hair cut, and her man with his slick hair style, are typical of Art Deco styling. With no stamp or incised mark. I've been advised by an expert that this was made relatively recently, and lacks the finesse and finish of the original. However for collectors of half doll who are looking for an example of this type, this later model might be of interest. The piece is in very good condition with no chips. Cracks or hairlines. There are some marks and stains which I've been unable to remove, and two fine firing marks, one on the man's neck and one on the woman's. These are clearly visible in the images. Antique German Irish Dresden Muller Volkstedt Lace MV Ballerina Figurine. The figurine is 5 1/2" tall. A piece of lace on the front is missing as seen on pic 2. Except for this everything seems to be in excellent condition. No cracks. No chips, no repairs. All flowers are present. All fingers are present. Might be minor paint loss. R1762 Rare Antique German Porcelain Couple/Marked in Blue on Base/5"hi x4 1/2"
Delicate and fine pair of porcelain figurines hand marked" R 1762 Made in Germany"Condition is excellent. Especially considering the age of the piece. The figurines both has gold painted embellishments at the bottom and are hand painted. There are very small minor handling marks on the bottom of this piece, but so minor that nothing to detract from its value. The detail on the figurines is astonishing. The measurements are 4 1/4 inches across the base, The height is 5 1/8 inches from the base to the top of the boy's head.

Offered in this sale is an antique German porcelain figure of a young boy playing a flute that was made by Meissen. This model is from a series known as Chandler's Children originally designed and modeled by Johann Kaendler in the 18th century. I believe that this particular piece dates to the late 19th century or perhaps early 1900s. It measures 5 3/8" tall x 2 1/4" in diameter across the base. The condition is good. There is some loss to a few of the applied grapes and the edge of a leaf on the top of his tri corner hat(see 7th image) Otherwise, there are no other chips, cracks, flakes, hairlines or restoraiton. PR. OLD STAFFORDSHIRE VICTORIAN SPANIEL FIGURINES-HAND PAINTED-APPROX. 5 1/2"
This auction is for a pair of unmarked Staffordshire spaniel dogs. They are about 5 1/2" tall and are hand painted. I assume one is to be male and the other female but am not sure. One has quite a bit more gray in the coat than the other one. They each have a painted gold collar but no chain decoration. The painting on each is similar but not identical. The bottoms have some crazing and each has a tiny hole in the bottom. These were purchased from a recent estate sale and the owner said they were in her Grandmother's home when she was a little girl.
