This lovely 19th century bedroom ... moreset features gorgeous incised carvings of potted flowers.Incised carvings of geometric designs and beautiful applied carvings of scrolls and shells on the head-board and foot-board. The Bed: The bed measures 62 1/2 inches in height at the head-board.39 1/2 inches in height to the top of the foot-board, with the outside with of the bed being 61 3/4 inches and outside length measuring 81 inches and this bed weighs approximately 200 lbs total. The inside mattress area measures 57 1/2 inches wide by 74 3/4 inches long and should fit a full size mattress set nicely, but one should always measure their own mattress set to assure proper fit. The height from the floor to the top of the sides rails at the enter measures 14 3/4 inches.The bed sets up solid and tight and very sturdy. The right side of the foot-board does have a slight age shrinkage crack about 6 inches long near the bottom right side.nothing major but worth mentioning. The Dresser: The matching walnut dresser measures 72 inches in height to the top of the mirror.Height to the top of the base measures 29 1/2 inches, width of the base is 46 1/4 inches and depth of the base is 21 1/4 inches and the dresser weighs approximately 145 lbs. The original beveled mirror measures 33 1/4 inches wide by 27 inches in height and is in excellent antique condition. All the locks are intact on the dresser but we do not have the key.There are replacement casters on the dresser base. The Washstand: The matching washstand with towel bar measures 57 inches to the top of the towel supports on each side. Antique Victorian Bed Warmer Screw Top Stoneware Signed
Up for auction is a beautiful antique screw top stoneware bed warmer. This one is in wonderful condition with no chips or pieces missing other than the small piece missing from the bottom of the screw which you can see in the photos. This one has a beautiful two tone design with a little fancily decorated pattern around the screw top. Their is slight wear visible on the bottom where it was not glazed. It measures approximately 11 inches long and about 4 inches high. Their is sticker residue on the top that could be easily removed i chose not too just incase i were to hurt the finish. Antique Victorian Bed Warmer Screw Top Stoneware Wonderful
Up for auction is a beautiful antique victorian stone ware screw top bed warmer. This piece is in great condition with slight wear especially on the base where their is no glaze but that is to be expected. Their are no cracks. Chips, or repairs. Their is a little bit of sticker residue which i chose not to remove just incase it were to hurt the finish which probably wouldn't happen. Their are no marks or signatures. The screw cap is so tight and due to the old rubber seal i am not able to unscrew it. I didn't want to try too hard in case of it breaking off. thanks for viewing this Victorian. All hand rendered Battenburg Lace and Embroidered Tablecloth(or maybe could be a bed topper? made of Irish Linen and probably cotton thread in the lace. Color is a light cream, and piece is in superior condition with exception to a light rust stain on one side edge(shown magnified in last pic) with only a few loosened threads within the lace(also in photos) There are about 40 embroidered areas all around, and photo 11 shows back-side of an embroidered section. Piece has been stored and not recently washed or cleaned, though most areas were lightly pressed. Since I'm unfamiliar with removing stains, attempts haven't been made toward eliminating the rust. ANTIQUE CAMPAIGN BED - CIVIL WAR ERA - VICTORIAN CAST IRON INDUSTRIAL STEAMPUNK
This is a very beautiful and genuine antique late 1800's folding cast iron bed. It has been shortened to be used as a loveseat or settee. The original middle joint has been replaced with a fixed leg so it does not fold in the middle. I believe the mesh wire on the end is also not original. It measures approx 56" long, 32" high, 30.5" wide and the seat is about 16.5" high. It has been reupholstered in a very nice silk fabric with mattress and separate underlayment(like a thin boxspring) also upholstered in the same fabric along with two bolsters. All in excellent clean condition. The frame has been repainted and the paint is excellent, one folding latch has been replaced and there is an older repair plate that was done professionally where one leg was broken, it is sturdy and strong. And seal the rust in with varnish, or restore. It has a black paint on it that I do not know the age of. It does have quite a bit of rust, so it could be original, but I have no way of knowing. There is one of the slots that the bed rails fit down into that has a piece broken off of it, and there has been some type of cement filler added to it so the rail will stay in. It stays together fine. The castors do not roll very well because of the rust, and may need to be replaced. Royal Doulton A Victorian Childhood Collector Plate 2nd Issue 'Breakfast in Bed'
Here is the second issue in the collector's plate series entitled"A Victorian Childhood. The plate is entitled'Breakfast in Bed' and features the Victorian girl with her dog and cat praying over breakfast served in bed. It was made in England by Royal Doulton of bone china and issued in 1991. The plate is in mint condition and comes in the original box with the Certificate of Authenticity and an information sheet about the original portrait and the artist Charles Burton Barber.

Far too big to show all of it in a photo, so we have just shown the top section which is the most interesting part, and is the area that you would see on a bed. It has a lovely hand embroidered cartouche with initials, which are quite clearly A B. The stitching of the letters is really impressive- its thick and sort of tube like with little raised dots all the way around the outside edges. And all the decorative areas around it are done in the same style, and the outside edge too. The entire sheet has openworked bars 4in from the edges, all the way round. It is in very good condition and measures 135ins(343cm) x 89ins(226cm)

Antique Victorian Free Standing Murphy Bed- ORIGINAL
This is a very sturdy antique piece of furniture. It has not been stripped or refinished. It was found in a house in New England that my grandparents bought that had been empty many years. They purchased the home and bed in 1960. And it was used many times for guests. When they sold the house the bed moved to West Virginia to my in-laws home. The mirrored front is original and has aged fairly well. The mechanism still works to lower it easily to become a full size bed for guests. Or it would be great for display. Old topper probably off of a bed but would make a nice wall or door pediment. Painted with an old coat of light green paint over walnut wood. The crest is very deeply carved with the curved top part protruding out about 3 1/2" from the face. Has no damage except a chip which is in the back so really a non issue. Has a small hole drilled into the face so as to mount to the wall with a screw. This thing is huge.measures about 19" wide X about 15" tall X about 6 1/2" thick at the thickest point. Circa 1860– 1880, which boasts a single tier structure with a triple carved floral panel(a sign of good quality) and spindle headboard. Towards the top the headboard sits an open floral carved fretwork dome. Further above, sits an intricately carved floral crown, which is flanked by two angels. The footboard, headboard and sides rails also feature a carved floral fretwork. The footboard also features turned beaded spindles below a barley twist shaped footboard rail. Above the bed frame, the barley twist tapered posts support a protruding carved floral dentil canopy. There are very pretty floral motifs sitting at the top of the posts. This bed has a mid-brown colour it boasts the original polish, which is why it has a fantastic colour and patination this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning it has received. This bed would look very good in either a contemporary or traditional setting. Arched crest at top the bed and dresser with raised burl panels having incised carving just underneath. A small bonnet top is held by fully turned columns on each piece. A large center burled panel is the focal point of the headboard. The foot board is just as amazing with its decorative raised panels. The marble top dresser offers three drawers and a large dressing mirror. Solid and sturdy the warm color of the walnut is rich and inviting. The biggest apologies I can find~there is a little veneer missing form the top of the foot board, the original mirror shows light silver loss and the marble has shows some stress fractures due to age, but has no breaks ... moreor chips.
