Some tarnish on brass(all brass pieces are solid brass, NOT plated) Some chips and scratches in the white paint. One cast iron frame bracket has a couple pieces chipped off of it, but still works just fine(see pic) Overall in good condition. Very unique rare Victorian bed. They were stamped RENTAL on the inside when I bought them at the Denver Flyfishing Show. They may have been factory seconds. I sent them to Simms repair a few years ago to fix all the holes and leaks. They also replaced the shoulder straps. It cost about $100. I'm feeling a slight leak in the right knee now but it may be condensation. The waders are stained from use. I'm including a pair of gravel guards with these waders. TP-6 Tailpiece, gold hardware, BB King truss rod cover, Little Lucille' logo on front of body, and Gibson blues 90 pickups. There is a wiki page about the Little Lucille- please view it to get all specs. It looks like this guitar spent most of its life hanging on the wall. Neck is straight with no wear on the frets. This is an authentic Vintage 1989 USA made Westerly Rhode Island built Guild Jumbo JF-30 arched back acoustic guitar that comes with its original Guild arched hard shell case. Back in 1989 this guitar listed for over $1,000.00 and the OHSC was an added $175.00) These old Guild Jumbos are simply awesome and with 24 years of tone wood seasoning already invested you know its gonna sound much better than a new Jumbo will. My luthier checked it out and gives it a 100% solid and sound bill of health with the one issue he mentioned. On the bookmatched sitka spruce top soundboard there are two parallel lines on either side of the bridge that appear to be cracks in the wood, they donot go completely thru to the other side when inspected on the inside, both are in the same place on either side of the bridge and are tite with zero play or movement if ... morepressure is applied to the area, they are likely humidity related cracks, he said the bracing on the underside of the soundboard top supports the areas solidly and are not an issue in regards to playability or tone, but are more cosmetic related. He custom made and installed a real bone compensated bridge saddle and set the action at 3/32nds at the 12th fret, there is more then enough real bone saddle available for any possible future adjustments, the truss rod is fully functioning and untouched its 100% available, the neck is straight and correctly meets Guild factory specs(THERE IS ABSOLUTELY ZERO NECK ISUES, NOT EVEN THE SLIGHTEST HINT OF NEEDING A NECK RESET) This Guild Jumbo is 100% solid and sound with NO ABUSE DAMGE or REPAIRS EVER~ There is present some light cosmetic signs of use to be expected on a 24 year old Guild players guitar. The 3/4-sized guitar was an old Gibson LG-2 that was literally in pieces, yet Gibson decided to undertake the delicate task of restoring the beloved instrument. Several months later, after completing the restoration and presenting the rebuilt acoustic guitar to Arlo, Gibson decided to reissue the Arlo Guthrie LG-2 guitar as part of its Signature Series line of acoustics. It is a painstaking reproduction of a classic Gibson guitar, yet remaining true to Arlo's original in every way including a vintage replica finish. 2003 Gibson SJ 200 Super Jumbo King of the Flattops!
This SJ200 Gibson is in excellent structural condition. And has the deep but yet clear sound that these are known for. No pickup installed, pure acoustic. Stays in humidified room. There are a few minor dings from being played. Cosmetically the finish has many random crazing lines in the finish on the soundboard top. And a few on the sides. Some run with the grain, some against g rain. This is where the finish cracks. But not the wood. Many Gibson's get this as the finish ages, and is normal. It can be seen in some of the pictures, and is more noticeable at certain angles. There is one professionally repaired 2" crack in the botto m center of soundboard. And has been glued, but has not been sanded and refinished due to the finish crazing near the repaired crack and of the rest of top. Neck is straight. Has good angle, action at 12th ... morefret is 3/32" low E, and 2/32" at High E string. Lots of bone saddle remaining. Other than the cosmetic finish crazing and repaired center seam crack.
