Wonderful mid 19th century carved 4 post bed. Bed is in very good condition with nice old finish and great patina. The wooden frame of this bed has been extended to fit a modern full size mattress. It comes complete with all the bed bolts to assemble the bed. The posts measure 80" tall. The rails measure 78" for the sides and 52" for the head and foot rails.

This is a superb mahogany Russian empire bed. To the head board,foot board and side rails as you can see it has all the original ormalu which is in very good condition. To the headboard there are some age cracks but look fine. I would say this was made possibly for an exhibition in the early 1800s because of the quality of the bed. Although there is no signature. Antique 1940's Mahogany 3 Piece Bedroom Set Chest on Chest Sleign Bed
You are buying this beautiful Antique Mahogany bedroom set in Good condition. This includes chest on chest of Drawers. Dresser with Mirror, and a Queen sized Bed. The chest and Dresser both have glass tops. The bed is good and sturdy with it's original rails. The inside of the drawers are in very good condition. There are scratches or scuffs in different parts of each piece but overall this set is in Very good condition for it's age. The mirror is also in good shape with some signs of wear at the top. All drawers go in and out very well and I could not find no missing or broken parts on any piece. No cracks on the glass tops.
