Even the sides of dresser and armoire are hand painted with scenes I think it is 1900's but could be earlier. I bought it 10 years ago and it was described as French cream and brown. I am only giving it up as I have inherited a family bedroom suite and need the room. Beautiful brass ornate pulls(all there) Glass tops are on dresser and nite stands as well as vanity all there. Dresser is 50 inches wide and has mirror 46 inches wide small thin piece of trim on front of dresser is missing but is easily replaced Armoire is 37 inches wide and 79 inches tall the original key is still with it The armoire door is not latching but would be easy to fix. I show a picture of the inside of the armoire, there is a rod inside of armoire with a small drawer. The vanity is 42 inches wide with matching ornate mirror and drawer. The 2 nightstands both have a door that opens for storage they are 22" wide. The bed head board is adorned with flowers has a small area of paint missing. Bed is 67 inches across and 58 inches tall. It would easily accommodate a 3/4 full or queen mattress. There is not a footboard or side rails it was not made for them. The mattress set pictured is a queen select comfort but is not included with the set Let me know if you have questions or need more pictures so that you can see the conditon of this set. i have a Vintage 1890's Victorian French Iron/Brass Bed with Mother of Pearl Motif on both ends. This is an extremly old bed that is well preserved for it's age. I tried to take pictures from all angles. I have not tried to repaint or refinish this piece. I thought someone might want to do it differently. There is only some surface rust and all the pieces except three small brass pieces on the footboard are all their including all four casters. The missing pieces are the little cap that goes on the horizontal cross bar, the little brass section that goes down from the cross bar on the footboard to the mother of pearl emblem and one other little small brass cap. I believe this bed to be vintage or antique. But because the fabric is in excellent condition it is hard to tell. The wood is painted white and has beautiful carved details on the posts and headboard. I have the headboard, footboard, side rails and wooden boards to go under your mattress. This an absolutely gorgeous bed coverlet and shams! I know these are older but unsure on the age. My guess is early to mid 1900's. These are off~white and in very good condition! There are a few areas where the crocheting has a minor tear on the coverlet. These are not noticeable and could be easily fixed if desired. There are several very minor. Small light yellow stains. The embroidery work is in the center panel and is 24" x 15" The turn down is 34" deep. The embroidery is a lovely floral ROSES flower motif on the turn down section and the words BONNE NUIT(Good Night) The bed sheet also features cutwork and drawn threadwork pulled threads along the 3 sides of the turn down area. There are also button holes so that you can thread a ribbon through the bed sheet. Turn down Top Bed Sheet Measurements 92” x 110” approx. The weight of the bed sheet is 920 grams. This is an older bed sheet as it has been made with 3 linen panels. Vintage bed coverlet curtain tablecloth-basket design in huge blue French knots
For your consideration is this vintage or antique bed coverlet or tabelcloth. Which would also make a great vintage curtain. It is 100% cotton and measures 50 inches wide and 73 inches long and in the center is a huge, beautiful basket design with a huge blue bow at the top and flowers scattered around, done in huge, hand embroidered, light blue French knots with embroidery. The basket, flower and bow design measures about 22 inches wide and 23 inches tall and looks like there was once some light blue paint shading that went with it but that is just a shadow at this point. This piece has been hand laundered and pressed prior to listing it and is clean and free of spots, stains and tears. It does have a couple of very small holes as shown in the last two photos. The second to the last photo shows one of the small holes, which is in the upper ... moreright hand corner of the piece. As you can see, there are some pin holes around this hole but they are very small. If one were to make this into a curtain, these holes would end up in the rod casing of the curatin and would not show, more than likely. The other small hole is photographed in the last photo. Early 19th Century Antique French TOILE DE JOUY Bed Valence Cream and Red
I am selling a fabulous antique textile from my own collection that I personally purchased in France. This is an early 19th century bed drape or valence. Measures 63 inches long by 19 inches long at the longest part. Scallopped bottom. I am sure it is a bed drape or skirt piece-as the fabric on the reverse side is not faded-as it would be with a window curtain. It is lovely cream and red/rose linen toile de jouy-with frolicking children and country and farm scenes. All hand stitched and hemmed. There are 4-6 places on top edge near hemming-where there are small holes. This must have been tacked or sewn to the bed-and there was some slight tearing. I find one other 1/2 dime sized hole in the body of the piece. There is some thinning of the fabric in a few other places-but nothing to concern about. It is a good sound piece to use as is. Drape ... moreover a sofa-or cut up and use to make pillows. I guarantee the age and that it is a lovely original piece. It mails from the US-so no customs or expensive mailing. $10.00 priority.

This is a beautiful French and burl walnut paint decorated full-size bed that dates from the 1920s. What a great bed. With a tremendous ... morecurved headboard, almost like a wing-back chair, with carved rosettes, flowers and leaves. The inlaid section has leaves and flowers against the burl walnut. The bottom has some wear marks, but those will be hidden when the box spring and mattress are in place. The molded frame is painted a distressed antique mustard, which you can see in the photos. The overall size on the inside is 55 inches wide, and the curved headboard makes it 90 inches long which leave a space on the head board to fill up with additional pillows, but it will take a regular modern-day full-size mattress and box spring. We can also make this into a queen size bed, measuring 60 x 80, for an additional 350.00. Outside dimensions are 57 inches wide, the footboard is 25 inches high, and the headboard is 55 inches high. The bed itself is gorgeous, with all the burl panels and carvings. On the footboard, we had to replace a bit of the molding, and there is a little hand-painted picture of a flute player, sitting on a rock.
