They are made ... moreof cherry with a chocolate brown stain. Golden highlights are present as well. The pair have cabriole legs with carved. Acanthus leaves as well as ball and claw foot details. The apron sections are extremely detailed and ornate. They feature a carved/incised acanthus scroll and shell pattern which is present on all 4 sides. The tops are in a stepped design and are very thick. There is a recessed, window pane feature which is designed for a glass top. The tables are very nice. There are no manufacturer's marks but there is a patent sticker present. They are very sturdy though not exceptionally heavy. There are just a few and very minor nicks and slight scuffs which are not distracting and which can be resolved. The original glass is not present but should be very easy and inexpensive to replace. These are beautiful! Please note that we have the matching sofa table listed separately. The tables are rectangular and can be placed as you choose since the aprons are the same. They measure 21.5" tall. 21.75" wide and 27.75" long. The replacement glass needs to be approximately 17.25" x 23" Shipping via GREYHOUND to the station nearest you. An authentic Early American maple wood Hired Mans or daybed made in the first quarter of the 19th century. This has finely turned tiger maple posts and rails with highly figured curly grain. The original rope seat support was upgraded to a very comfortable drop-in cushion built on a wood frame filled with springs. The cushion is covered in a soft mohair velvet and shows a little wear. The only upholstery work required on this is perhaps replacing the mohair to the fabric of your choice. This measures 72 inches wide. 26 inches deep and the back is 28 inches high. The top of the cushion measures 19 inches from the floor. It is solid. Sturdy, and designed to support a lot of weight. It is an original period piece. And not made from another piece of furniture. Rare Vintage 1960's DREXEL Campaigner Trundle Bed Mid Century Modern Campaign
This is a genuine dated 1966 Drexel Campaigner trundle bed. Very rare to find. It is twin sized and I believe the wood is Ash or other light wood. It features a roll out bottom bed. It includes the spring base for the upper bed and the padded wooden base for the lower bed. All you need to add are mattresses. It has some edge wear. Mainly along the bottom of the rails and some small paint marks on the back that will clean off. It is all original and has not bee retouched. Pick up only. Thank you!

This French antique bed is crisply carved and absolutely gorgeous. The frame is exquisitely embellished with scrolls of acanthus foliage, twisted rope carving inset in the molded frames, large bold scrolls terminating most major joints and repeating laurel leaves along the rails- however, due to the warmth of the painted surface, the overall effect is rather reserved and works well with a pretty broad range of decor. The frame retains it's original iron L brackets, each corner joining with large steel bolts projecting from the tenon into the mortise of the footboard and headboard legs. Great Collectible in Vintage Condition Vintage bed warmer or hot water bottle that appears to be dated 1836. But it could be 1856. Has two initials. The first initial is an"L" and the second could be an"I" an"F" or a"J" The date is below the initials. I do not see any makers mark or other name. This item is in fair condition with lots of bumps and bruises from time and use. The Lid is threaded and fits the opening securely. The bottom is copper and is in good condition. The upper part does not react to a magnet but I do not know what the metal is. There is one tiny spot on the side that may be the start of a small hole but I have not filled the container and tested it. There are a couple of spots on the top that are appear to be old repairs. This is an authentic Mid-Century Hollywood style mounting tissue box holder. Or you can use it directly on a countertop or vanity. It has two holes in the back for easy secure mounting. The cover slides off for easy refill. Could be used to hold disposable hand towels or tissues. This has been used. There is an area on the side and corner where the metal filigree is bent. This does not appear to effect it's usefulness but should be noted. Also. Wear and some discoloration on the front. I like the patina and signs of wear but it isn't for everyone. This blast from the past would look cool in a retro style bathroom.

The bed has a very wide 3 piece headboard which is joined at the back with 4 pieces of wood. The nightstands hang on the headboard to give a floating look, the headboard itself also hangs of the frame of the bed to give it the floating look. There is also a matching dresser, Highboy and Mirror- The dresser like all the other items sits on castors, the frame is solid and the Rosewood veneer is stunning, the highboy has plenty of storage, the mirror is unmarked. The pulls are all metal with a matte finish, inside the holes seems to be a leather or leatherette fabric- also black. Approx Circa 1970s Condition: Bed Frame is sturdy and solid. Some of the brackets ... moreare not Original, probably replaced for extra strength over time. The frame has some imperfections like scratches and some small chips and repairs. Headboard has some minor scratches and some very small chips. Nightstands have 2 draws which work smoothly. The tops of the nightstands do have some marks and surface scratches, there are also some faint marks from the daily use. Slats are in good condition but the slats are all separate and not banded together. They still function properly though. There are minor chips in places which have been repaired at some stage Brass Castors do have some slight signs of aging. 9 Draw Dresser. There are some minor scratches and pits in places. This dresser also has some small marks in some of the draws. Highboy Dresser. This piece has some minor scratching on top. It also has a chip on the front right door on the left hand corner, this can be noticed if you are close up. Mirror. The mirror is in near perfect condition. They simply do not make furniture like this anymore, at any price. This set is all original with no modifications and no repair work whatsoever. It is made entirely of solid American Oak beams, finely finished. Surface finish is still excellent. The only evidence of wear is on the inside surfaces when the trundle rolls back in and the wood has rubbed slightly against the side surface of the trundle.
