This bedroom suite was originally purchased by a gentleman& his wife who lived in North Carolina in the mid 1800's while on vacation in France. When they died it was sold to a lady in Alabama at their estate sale. When she died. Her daughter inherited it but did not like antiques. I purchased it from her. I have had it refinished by an antique refinisher. He did a beautiful job. There are twin beds and a dresser. The most interesting part of the set is the way the craftsman crafted burl on the headboards and footboard. He made it look like elves were watching you.
