A pair of FE Myers door rollers that have no chips or cracks and the 3 1/4" wheels turn freely. These rollers are in good working condition. They come with 4 good working bolts and square nuts. The 8' 8" track pc is good and straight with all the original wall brackets there and well connected. It comes with 18 square headed lag bolts or screws. These rollers were off a RR depot"highdock" It was a small offloading building for a train and its floor was around the same height as the floor of a boxcar so they could unload the boxcars easier. These rollers had so many coats of red paint on them that the lettering was hardly readable. So I stripped off most of the paint and carefully cleaned them up. A pair of antique myers stayon adjustable[pat May 28 01] tandem wheel door rollers that have no chips or cracks and the 2 5/8" wheels turn freely. On one wheel on the front side of it one can see in the picture that it has a tiny"pc or fleck missing" I think that this was done in the original casting process. And the roller worked just fine for many a year like that and I see it to be no problem. These rollers are in very good working condition. All of the adjustment screws and nuts can be turned with ones fingers. They come with 6 good working bolts and square nuts to connect the"hanger plates" to the door. The track pc is 6' by 1 1/4" by 3/16" and it is good and straight with all of the wall brackets there and well connected. It was sandblasted and painted. The rollers were stripped and cleaned and ... morecarefully handpainted to give them an unique look. These rollers were off an old"grainery" and someone must have oiled the wheel bearing now and then to keep them in this kind of condition. A set of 4 matching Louden Roll Easy brand barn door rollers that have no chips or cracks and the 3 1/4" wheels turn freely. All of these rollers are in good working condition. Some of the bearings were seized up. But I did some careful work to them to get them all working good. I did have to fix some"flat" spots on the wheels of the two rollers on the right hand side of the pictures. In our 5th picture it shows a close up of the two wheels that I worked on. I used an industrial adhesive and filler to fix the spots. Just looking it is very hard to see that they were even worked on. I would say that the worked on rollers should be used on small to medium sized interior doors[ up to 150 lbs] I have fixed 10 rollers with this adhesive and filler with no problems. I would warranty these" fixed" rollers for a year. The ... moredoor hanger straps are for a door 1 3/4" thick and the 8 bolts and square nuts work good. The 8' pc and 10' pc of louden brand track are both good and straight with all of the original wall brackets there and well connected. The wall brackets would hold the rail out 1 1/2" from the wall. THE TEN FOOT PC WOULD HAVE TO GET CUT FOR SHIPPING. I will not ship a 10' pc because it is too expensive. I can ship a nine foot pc if someone wants that. Six original door hanger nuts and bolts included. Track has a slight upward bow to support a heavy door. It is still in very good condition. No cracks or splits. Not cleaned. Has surface rust. This is an authentic antique sliding barn door. At one time functioning in my barn. Built in 1900. It has age marks, chippy blue paint on the handle, rust on the tracks, although this doesn't effect the rolling, and a very old hole cut into the bottom. The track is straight. Dimensions-82 1/2" H x 48 3/4" W x 2" Thick. The track is-94" long. The rollers are 10" H x 9 1/4" W x 2" D. The hole is 4" W x 5" H and could be covered with a thin veneer wood or left as is or the height may too tall for your opening and it would be cut after that point. PICK UP ONLY-Central NY area. Antique Heavy Duty Set Horseshoe Barn Door Rollers w/ 8' Track Blacksmith Nails
A very nice piece this is an antique set of two heavy duty barn door rollers complete with it's original 8' track and 13 blacksmith made nails we pulled out of the barn when we took everything down. It is complete and ready to install but some of the nails need straightened and the one roller wheel has a broken flange and it will need to be replaced. This is very simple to do. Drill or grind off the one rivet head I am pointing two and the wheel just slips out. You will need another similar 3" wheel to take its place, I would think a 3" pulley bought here on Ebay or at a home improvement store will work perfect. I am listing this as a 24 hour auction starting at half the price of the others here on Ebay. If it doesnt sell I am going to replace the $8 wheel and it will sell for much more. It doesnt matter what it looks like ... morebecause it will never be seen when the door is on the track. This was in a 120 year old barn that was recently torn down and while it has a rusty patina on the track, the doors at one time were painted red then white as those colors are on the rollers. The nails are very brittle so be gentle straightening them out. You set the price on this one as it goes to the last bidder! For sale we have a nice antique pair of"BIG 4" barn door Rollers and Track. The track is made up of one six foot cast iron piece and one three foot cast iron piece with the male& female puzzle knotches on each end of both. So the total track length measures slightly over 9 feet. Track is solid, rollers pivot and pulley wheels turn well. Replaced the one C.I. wheel in the one as the existing wheel had been cracked in the back of it. New C.I. wheel is 3-1/2" diameter while the Big 4 with the original wheel is only 3" diameter so when mounting on your door you will have to make the 1/2" adjustment. Nice rust patina throughout. a pair of louden"roll easy" brand barn door rollers that are in very good working condition. The roller wheel on the left has what I would call a very small casting flaw on the outer edge of the wheel. It just looks like it missing a small chip[ 1/8" by 1/8" and it does not affect the wheels performance in any way. Other than that they have no chips or cracks and the 3 1/4" wheels turn freely like they should. They come with 4 original good working bolts and square nuts. The door hanger straps are for a door 1 3/4" thick. There are 2 pcs of louden brand track[ one 6' pc and one 8' pc] The 6' pc has a rail connector pc on the left end of it to connect it to the 8' pc. Both pcs of track are good and straight and both pcs come with all of the original cast steel wall brackets there and well connected. ... moreThe wall brackets hold the rail out 1 1/2" from the wall. A local artist has painted some colorful horses on the front(see pictures) but the buyer can appreciated the art or simply paint over them. The door otherwise has a light grey, faded paint on the front, seen under the horses. and on the back it has the original, unfinished frame wood with the vertical door boards painted in a vintage, medium to dark green color. The door is in great condition with the absolute strong integrity of a well built custom stall door.
