Vintage I E Industries heavy doctors adjustable stool on wheels. adjusts 19" to 25" Serial no. 36609. Green vinyl seat has a 15" seat that is aprox. 4" thick. You are bidding on a nice solid pine child's heart shaped footstool which was made between 1943-1946. It was hand made by our ole boy who's daughter was born in approx. 1943. The stool has the original finish and was never painted. The wood has a decent patina. It was made in the garage with minimal tools. It is nothing fancy. No dovetails etc. Screwed& Glued. This auction is for a small rolling steel stool that is only marked with the date"Dec. 22. 1961" It looks almost exactly like a similar stool I have listed with a"UHL" label on the bottom, but this one is not marked. It is in good used condition with some rust and most of it's original paint, but one blank, round sticker on the top. It measures about 14" tall and about 14 1/2" in diameter. It is not dented or bent at all. Someone has used tape on the wheels for a tighter fit, but they are well attached and still roll and swivel well. Low minimum bid, no reserve. The simple Bedouim camel saddle frame made out of wood and rawhide with a leather pad on top. The metal used on these saddles is for decoration purposes only. Bedouin camel saddles like this are made by the family members. The saddle is a simple wood frame which rests on a canvas saddle blanket to protect the camel. This saddle. Which shows some age-wear, would add a dash of worldliness to any elegant home. It can be used as accent piece, but if you want it for utility and don't happen to have a camel at home, it will serve as a wonderful foot stool. By at least 1200 BC, the first camel saddles had appeared, and Bactrian camels could be ridden. The first Arabian ... moresaddle was put way to the back of the camel, and control of the Bactrian camel was exercised by means of a stick. This is a very cool old metal step stool with steps that fold inward. Dating back to the 1940's or 1950's. The step stool is in very good condition and appears to have been re-painted many blue moons ago. It is a flat black paint with some chipping and paint splatters. It appears the top of the stool has a very old floor tile glued to it. The folding step mechanism works well, the stool is sturdy, weighing a hefty 12-1/2# It has utilitarian uses yet, or can be a new steampunk art form. The seat is upholstered in a tufted beige chenille fabric. It is in good condition overall with minor tarnish to the metal. The fabric has some darker spots that may come out. Nevco Vintage Wooden Folding Stool. The stool is in gently used condition. It is worn but it actually makes it look better. I have used this over the years for displays and a stool. The stool is 10 inches high. 12 inches wide and 8 inches deep. The stool is sturdy and signed Nevco Yugoslavia on the back. The stool folds up for storage. vintage piano bench stool with claw feet and clear balls
Now I will admit I do not know a lot about vintage things except they are worth more. Now this was my sisiter's stool for her very old Piano. Old enough that it had Ivory keys. This stool was with it. The piano is gone now and all that is left is this. It does need to be restored to make it really nice. It does still spin up and down. I believe the wood is Oak but do not quote me on that. It is a dark stain in color and very old. Now the Piano and stool was bought in 1956 and was used then. I do not know when it was really made. I am thinking before 1950 but for sure before 1956. This will also be selling in yard sales this year so sooner or later it will sell. Shipping prices for the lower 48 states and go off the size and or weight to ship the idem.
