And also recently had an opportunity to go with another Ebay seller friend to the More-on-34 sales that run from Illinois to Iowa. Don’t worry, she sells clothing, so I didn’t have to take her down once to get to a treasure for you! Anyhoo, lots of interesting things- some very old, some military, some very unique, and something for everyone! Here's my other fabulous old stool this week- it's all original and right out of the barn. Made of solid wood. This stool has a gorgeous shabby deco green finish(light mossy green) that is chippy, alligatored(to-die-for! and worn from age and use. You can see that it also has some white paint oop's on the top, with some smaller ones ... moreon the sides and edges and, on the bottom- someone has scribbled in pencil, as well as written what looks to me to be"Uncle Ross 1961, the first work might be Linda instead of Uncle- it's hard to tell. You can also see some more writing, it looks like, Cindy to a? Clark. Now, I have a lunch box listed from one of the children of this estate- and that matches the first name. This is a charming primitive stool that is in excellent solid and sturdy condition- hand made to work, and to last and has done both! I am showing it next to my own porch stool in photo 3 as a size reference- sorry, my stool is not included! It measures 17 1/2" by 7 3/16" at the top, stands 7 3/4" tall and is 7 1/2" wide foot to foot on each side(so the bottom is just a touch wider than the top at the feet- part of what makes it so sturdy) It weighs 3 lbs. In addition to the finish wear and white paint discussed above, it has loooooots of other rustic wear- scratches, scrapes, dings, light spots, dark spots, and cracks that do not move- and don't affect the structure. And, in case I forgot anything, just about anything else that you can think of from a rustic barn lived oldee.

This yellow stool was made from square tube and expanded steel mesh. It was both green and yellow at one time and it now has remnants of both colors after years of use. Walnut Singer(?) Bench Stool Retro Green Under Storage 75+ Vintage Thread Spools
Antique Vintage Retro color green covered fabric seat sewing bench. Believed to be a Singer( bench as it was with the singer machine we have. The wood is believed to be Walnut. This piece has not been refinished. It has just been regularly oiled to keep its youthful appearance. Very minor blemishes on the outside from wear as photographed. Underside has a piece of trim that separated from the side as shown. In the photo with the pen there are what appear to be two small circular stains. They are had to capture in the photos. The undertones of the seating fabric has a brown tone and it is not known if it's just those tones coming through or a stain as mentioned. None of the blemishes affect the piece or its use. Item up for your consideration is a Vintage Hand Crafted Foot Stool. This Wooden Foot Stool is Heavily Built and is Very Sturdy. The Legs-Feet are"Boot Jack" Style with an Ornamental"Arrow Point" between the"Feet" on each end. The Stool measures approx. 15 in. long x 8 in. wide x 9 1/2 in. high. The surface color is Forest Green with Dark Brown showing through where the paint is chipped and scratched. The underside of the Stool has some White paint. There is some spots of lighter color paint(maybe primer coat) showing through is places where the finish is scratched or peeling. The Stool is Fastened together with"Slotted" Screws.
