Vintage Mid Century Retro Foot Stool Hassock Ottoman 1960's-1970's Awesome !!!
As pictured. Up for auction is this Vintage Mid Century Retro Foot Stool Hassock Ottoman. Not exactly sure of the age. However the estate from which it came had neihgboring items all from the 1960's-1970's. It stand 13" tall. With a 17" diameter and a 3" thick cushion. It's has that classic retro look. Antique off-white vinyl covered seat is nicely accented by piping to form the petals of a flower. Imagine it next to your bean bag chair and lava lamp with the spaceship shaped ashtray. Condition is sweet with only a few insignificant flaws. No tears. Rips or stains in the vinyl cover. No deep scratches or chips on any of the wood legs. Metal feet are intact and present. As for flaws, there's a small what appears to be a cigarette burn on the piping up top. Also a small are of stiching on the side cushion seam ... moreappears to be coming undone. A small amount of subtle discoloration on the wood legs, Lastly, just some staining on the underside paper of the cushion. No of these issues significantly detract from the vintage beauty of this awesome relic of Americana! I took many good pictures. Please examine them closely for condition. Up for auction is this beautiful find. The finish is bright and shiny and was loved dearly over the years. The flaws apparent on the legs appear to be vacuum cleaner scars and aging of the brass. The vinyl is in great shape with very few marks visible from more than a foot or so. I've tried to capture the flaws that I could find in the images. This thing is amazing. It still has the original tags on the bottom complete with the envelope and original leveling washers. The piece is 16" tall. This is a beautiful highly styled circa 1960's metal wire stool with swivel base and vinyl cushions. Good condition with moderate to heavy wear to the brass tinted steel frame. The steel underneath is excellent with no pitting or corrosion. The vinyl cushions are excellent with no rips or tears. It is sturdy and very heavy at about 35 lbs and measures 46" high at the back. 18" deep, and 20" wide. Thank you!

DESCRIPTION: Offered is rare pair of Milo Baughman designed upholstered benches with walnut legs and brass cross rails. Both are offered as is with the expectation that the buyer plans on a full restoration. One bench retains the original Baughman tag for Thayer Coggin and an original James Inc tag. Please see condition report for details on both benches. DIMENSIONS: Each is 60" long x 18" wide x 15" tall. CONDITION: This pair of benches in being offered as is with the disclosure that they need a full restoration. Both benches need new foam and upholstery. Both may need one new wood end frame or at least replace corner blocks. Springs seem to be fine. All eight screw-on legs are present but one needs major repair and one has small chip at top. Here is a vintage 1940's Justrite office chair. The chair swivels and the back rest is adjustable up/ down. Back and forward, also the backrest collapses down for easy storage under desk or work space. The base is cast iron and has the original casters and they roll with ease. Four unique antique barstools- great 50's design. Black tubular steel frame. Turquoise vinyl seats and backs. Seat 29" high, 46" to top of back. We bought them from a private individual in Palm Springs for a lot more than we're asking. But our cat loved to sit there. And left a few claw-punctures in the vinyl. A couple of years later we saw some yellow ones at an antique store for $1,200 for the four. Now we have no room for them.

large mid century modern milo baughman era ottoman. very soft off white colored leather. the ottoman is large and comfortable. attached pouffe top cushion. no rips or tears.
