It is in good condition. I have no idea if it works as I am always scared to wind these to test, so I don't. The clock face is in good shape, original glass cover. It is marked Manufactured by Waterbury Clock Co. U.S.A. On the back plate it is marked with this. Last patent date is 1894 for this one. Then you see the other Waterbury mark. Clock face is about 1 15/16ths ins. approx. I liked the little bird down here. I believe this is brass with a brass finish. A magnet does not stick to it( besides the back cover plate)It is fairly light-weight. So not bronze. I am also listing some other Art Nouveau clocks I bought in separate auctions. There are two metal loop style hangers built into the back. The flowers are arranged in a yellow vase with a pedestal design. The green leaves accent the yellow and red flowers and delicate white bell flowers. The cutouts around the leaves and flowers give great depth to the dimension. I am selling a Antique 1930's? SESSIONS Art Deco Figural Nude Maiden Woman Electric Shelf Clock as seen in the photos below. Clock comes exactly as shown. The cord is dry and brittle as shown so I have not tested it. So the working condition is unknown. The base is solid wood, the female figure is made of some type of metal with a gold finish. The clock is mounted inside a circular piece of wood as shown. It is made by Sessions, not sure when it was made but by the style I'm guessing the mid to late 1930's. Ronsstuff ANTIQUE INGRAHAM MANTLE CLOCK Antique Ingarham model SSC5 mantle clock in good condition. It does have a few small scratches but overall it is quite nice. The chime was working but not striking at the right time. I turned the screw on the back to try to adjust it and now it isn't chiming at all. Someone who knows about clocks could adjust it properly. This is the Ingraham model SSC5 mantle clock. Probably from the late 1930's. It is a self-starting electric design which chimed on the hour and half hour, hence the grill on the front. The styling is quite attractive and the real wood carvings along the bottom edge are a great touch. It stands about 9 inches high, and is six inches wide at the base. Ingraham's specialty was building cases and cabinets with multiple curves. And veneer which followed those curves smoothly. ... moreThis example is no exception. This Clock is made by Sessions and is marked Model"W" In back. The clock is Gorgeous! It features a 10"x 3" x 1" thick marble base and a 7" diameter(3/4" thick) marble disc around the clock works. There are 2 round ball marble pieces on both sides of the clock. The balls are about 1.5" in diameter. The white marble has some reddish brown streaks. The base has a felt backing to protect the surface of the mantle. The clock face is metal gray with gold tone numbers. Black hands, and a red sweep second hand. A cherub figure stands on the left side of the clock. His little left arm has a tiny hairline crack on the underside; no other noticed cracks. Made circa 1900. Clock face has no glass cover. It was made by the Ansonia Clock CO. New York. The Bronze is etched on back DIE CAST ART BRONZE CORP. Jamestown New York. It also has KOPPERS COKE Twin City on a metal tag. I do not know the age of it but would say that it is an older piece. I can not find another piece like it. The Bronze case has ix sides and pictures on each side. The pictures are Independence Hall, Benjamin Franklin, William Penn, Liberty Bell, Carpenters Hall and George Washington. Here we have a very unusual 1930's era ~ ART DECO EGYPTIAN REVIVAL FIGURAL LAMP WITH A CLOCK ~ that we just acquired out of an estate this week. The clock is signed CAPITOL CLOCK CORP. NEW YORK. This has a wonderful Art Deco Egyptian Revival look. And we have never seen another one like it! It looks to be made out of primarily spelter and brass. It appears to be in pretty nice original condition with the exception of it looks like it originally had a lamp shade on it and shows a little expected wear from age and use. The frame for the shade and adjustment mechanism is still all there. We plugged the lamp in, and it does work. There is a switch on the back to turn the lights on and off. To get the clock started we had to flick the little lever on the back a few times, but once it started it ran just fine" so the motor is fine" ... moreWe tested it several times and it worked every time. Antique Car Clock This auction is for a really nice and very rare antique car clock that was made by Waltham back in the 1920s-1930s range. The clock has a pocket watch shape or design. But it’s much larger measuring about 3¼" wide, and it has a long winding stem at the bottom. The clock is mounted in a wonderful folk art case shaped like a church with a little brass bell in the stop. The dial of the clock has an up/down indicator that tells you how much wind is left in the mainspring and it has an 8-day movement. Just a great piece and in great condition with minor wear. Antique German Friedrich Mauthe Schwenningen Art Nouveau Wall Clock
This is an Antique German Art Nouveau Wall Clock by Friedrich Mauthe. It is all original and complete with the case. Movement, pendulum and key. The movement is marked with the German initials DRP for Deutsches Reichs Patent. It also has the makers emblem, FMS, which is for Friedrich Mauthe Schwenningen. There are patent numbers, N55006, 47082 etched into the movement along with 42/105, which is the number of and how many off these were made. It is in very good working condition. The face has some crackling from age but otherwise all of the glass and wood is fine with no chips or cracks. There is one issue with the wood panel on the back bottom part, it has been cracked and pushed in, a small minor repair to the back of the case that has nothing to do with the operation or looks of the clock. The movement is taken on and off by two screws ... moreon either side that when loosened allows the movement to slide into grooves on the bracket. The chime rod is attached to the case behind the movement when in place. The design on the face and on the pendulum has an Art Nouveau style. They appear to be made of brass. It is approximately 28"high x 10"long x 6"wide.

Up for auction is a fantastic antique New Haven clock in a handmade wood Tramp Art case. Very fine. Intricate detail. Cathedral form with four spires, pierced and layered detail throughout, checkered roof. Dial appears to be celluloid with a brass bezel. Beautiful workmanship. In good condition with small areas of damage here and there. The tip top of the clock is chipped on both front and back, two of the protrusions along the top are chipped, one chip to the front under the dial, one chip to the scalloped edge bordering the dial, looks like one repair to the pierced area below the dial to the lower left, one split to the roof, one chip to the roof, one chip to the top corner of the openwork near the back spire, other normal signs of age. Antique Bronze Brass Clock Statue of Lady Nude Venus Dancing VERY ART NOUVEAU
All or the clocks I will be selling were given to me by my Grandmother. And I know very little about them, I was told that they were over 60 + years old and not reproductions, as she was a clock lover all her life. This Dancing woman on a pedestal is 10" high x 5" wide x 3" deep. She is heavy, and has a beautiful crystal, I am not sure if it runs or not. it was so strange on the back I did not want to temp fate, It has been in a closet for many years, so I am sure it will need to be cleaned. My Grandmother seems to think this came from France. And I can not read what is inside. She is truly beautiful.

ANTIQUE CLOCK: Art Nouveau. Gilded Bronze, c.1900, Movement Working Perfectly This is a very fine and beautiful Antique Clock in the Art Nouveau style made. Most likely, around the turn of the last century, or around 1900. The Art Nouveau movement was an international philosophy and style of art. Architecture and applied art, especially the decorative arts, that was most popular from 1890 to 1910. It was a reaction to the academic art of the 19th century, and was inspired by natural forms and structures, not only in flowers and plants but also in curved lines. Our clock has the typical curving lines and foliage- leaves and tendrils flanking the dial and continuing down to the feet. But the most interesting decorative element in this clock is the figure of Cupid right under the dial. He holds his bow in his right hand and seems to be cupping ... morehis ear with his left hand; a slightly mysterious gesture. Two long flower stems spring up from behind the figure of Cupid. One other interesting aspect of this clock. And one which reflects the Art Nouveau style. Is that, at first glance, the decorations around the edge appear symmetrical. But, in fact, they are not. There are slight differences in the leaves and tendrils and even in the decorative band above the dial. There is no perfect symmetry in Nature, and the artists who worked in the Art Nouveau style avoided any rigid symmetry. And sought balance instead. There is no damage to this clock. It stands securely and keeps perfect time. There is some natural wear to the gilding. But it does not detract from the beauty of the clock. The back is simply painted a bronze color. This clock measures 7 inches tall and is 4 1/2 inches wide. The photos give a very good idea of the particular charm and beauty of this Art Nouveau Clock made with a figure of Cupid from around 1900. Up for auction is a beautiful antique early 20th century Waltham carved wood clock. Clock winds at the top and swivels. Metal dial with raised numbers and filigree hands. It is in good condition with minor wear to some of the edges and light signs of age to the dial. Measuring 15 ½” tall by 7” wide and 5 ½” deep. This regulator clock is ... morein very good condition however, there are a couple of problems. The case has a very old gold surface and there is a tight hairline to the porcelain face which passes just above the number 9. This clock comes with its original pendulum and key and when we wound both sprint it began to run. When I manually advanced the minute hand I was able to get the clock to chime, but it was not exactly on the half and hour mark. I am sure it just a slight adjustment or possibly a cleaning, but that’s it! To make sure some eBayer wins this antique. Hi. Here we have a lovely antique ornate clock by Jennings Brothers. the clock has patent dates on the back of the face listed as follows" PATENTED JAN.15 1878 MAY 6 1890 NOV 11 1890 DEC 23 1890 JAN 13 1891" so i figure this one is from 1891. it is very well formed with two cherubs, one at the top of the clock and one at the base,they are frolicking amongst the art nouveau scroll work and the clock has 4 legs. the dial is ivory with wonderful art nouveau numbers and a JCB in the top half. the crystal is all good. the back of the clock has lovely patterned design and is alsot marked THE JENNINGS BROTHERS CO.
