Vintage Sessions Shelf Mantel Clock Winchester Chime Synchron Motor
Vintage Sessions shelf mantel clock with Winchester Chime. The clock does keep time. But it does not chime. When it hits the 1/4 hour, it makes a click noise. I am not sure of this is an easy fix or not. Wood case has a few areas of wear. Has a Synchron motor. Measures 12" long x 6" tall and 3 3/4" deep. Nice clock. I do combine shipping. Thank you.

There are no chips or cracks. There is light crazing throughout as usual for these. It measures 12" tall. 12 1/2" wide by 5" deep. BEAUTIFUL DIAL with green and what appears to be original hands. The pendulum appears to be original also. This is a recent estate find and it does not run for more than a few minutes. Will definitely need cleaning. Formed March 5. 1857, as a joint stock corporation, the Waterbury Clock Company from its inception was an operation designed to be a major user of brass produced by the parent firm, the Benedict& Burnham Manufacturing Company. Antique Clock This auction is for a really nice and very rare antique china case mantel or shelf clock that dates to the late 1800s-early 1900s. The clock has a wonderful porcelain or ceramic case covered in pink flowers and gold accents. On the back it has a label that indicates it was made by Waterbury and the clock is a Parlor Number 94. The clock has the original movement and the clock is in excellent working condition– including the gong. It measures about 12" tall and is in nice condition but there is a repair to one of the high points at the left side. There is also a shallow chip on the front at the 10:30 position. Still a very nice piece and very rare. It’s not obvious but there are two griffon heads at the bottom edges. Guaranteed old and as described! Antique Mantel Clock This auction is for a really nice and very well made antique. 1800s shelf or mantel clock. The clock has the original porcelain dial that’s marked Raingo Frerea Aaria, which is a famous French clockmaker. The dial does have some hairline crow’s feet. The case is made of very heavy solid brass and on the front it has a neat image of a cherub in a chariot and griffons at the very bottom. All four sides have thick beveled glass panels and the front and back door open. The clock movement has been replaced by a battery movement but otherwise the clock is old and original– probably from around the 1870s. The case is in excellent condition but there is some chipping to the glass. Measures about 13¼" tall and guaranteed as described! Great piece! But luckily it has the original label on the back that says this is the Lohengrin Musical Clock model made by New Haven Clock Company back in 1888. The clock has a really great floating pillar design and is really a nice looking, ornate piece, but what makes it really special is that it has a very large, well made musical box in the bottom that is would from the front. No splits except for on the back panel, and has lovely finish with a rich, warm wood grain. The clock dial shows typical age and wear. With clear, easy to read markings. Here for your consideration we have a beautiful Golden Oak Seth Thomas Gingerbread Clock. The clock still runs and chimes beautifully. The endulum is most unusual with a Lion mask face. There are two keys that came with the clock that go with it now. The clock we believe has an Alarm. Is an 8 day, and is all original in its finish and equitment. The clock stands 24" tall by 4 3/4" front to back, and 15 1/2" wide. The door has the etched gold motif and is also in excellent condition. The face is marked with the Seth Thomas mark on the bottom. Up for auction is a Wonderful Antique German Lenzkirch 8 day Time + Strike Mantel Clock. Circa 1906-07. The clock's dimensions are approximately; H- 12.75" W- 10.5" D- 6.75" The Case: The wooden(either mahogany or walnut? is in excellent physical condition. The clock retains its original finish and has an excellent patina. There are some areas here and there with finish loss. I believe this does not distract from the beauty of the clock. There is a pressure/age crack on the front of the clock. Between 12 and 1. Also, a small bruise on the bottom left corner. The Dial/Face: The steel dial/face is in excellent physical condition. Vintage Kundo German Anniversary Clock Copper Finish Lovers Dome Mantel Shelf
Vintage Clock This auction is for a really nice and very rare vintage anniversary mantel or shelf clock. The old clock includes the original glass dome and the entire clock has an unusual copper finish rather than the traditional brass finish. On the dial it has a neat image of a courting couple and at the 12 o’clock position it reads Kundo. The clock is in really nice condition but the finish does have some general patina and wear. The pendulum suspension wire is broken at the end or it’s missing a piece so you will have to have that fixed. Bottom is marked Made in German and it’s a nice. Earlier piece. In decent antique condition. As you can see, clock is missing glass to the front door, face, pendulum, and key. The top ornament is detached but can easily be re-glued. Antique Art Nouveau Clock Housing Face is Marked Seth Thomas NY This incredible clock housing is very large and heavy. It measures about 17-1/2" inches tall. And weighs over 15 pounds. The back diameter for where the movement would go is 3-7/8" inches. The hinge on the back cover needs to be repaired or resoldered on. Also, the front glass where the Seth Thomas face is will need to be held together with the movement I believe(it slides a bit for now) Overall. There aren't too many condition issues, and it actually looks very nice for it being so old. I believe this is made of a brass looking pot metal. This piece has amazing cherubs, pheonix' and art nouveau designs. The lady on top is reading or writing with an old oil lighter lamp. There are no signatures besides the number 17 in the back center. You are bidding on a beautiful antique mantel or shelf pendulum clock from the Waterbury Clock Co of Waterbury Connecticut. I don't know much about clocks but I will do my very best to describe it as accurately as possible. First of all. The exact year of production is unknown. I came up with 1902 because on the back in pencil there appears to be the owners name(hard to read) and the year 1902 written on the wood. It may have been made earlier than that but this is the latest date I can find on it. The cabinet is very ornate with hand carvings from the top to the bottom. I believe that it is solid oak and stained in a medium finish. It stands approx 24" tall, 15" wide and 4 1/2" thick. It has a glass door with a gold accented design all the way around with a dragon in the lower left hand corner. It has brass components ... moreinside that include the pendulum, the strikes and trim rings around the face. There is an outer ring of roman numerals as well as a small brass ring of the same numerals in the center of the larger one. I believe that it is a Napier? model because there is a brittle paper label on the back which has all those letters except the P. The rest of the label has all of the following info on it; Eight-Day-Spring-Strike, Waterbury Clock Company, Waterbury Conn. USA, and directions for setting the clock, running and keeping it in order, directions for setting alarms in alarm clocks, directions for striking clocks and directions for calendar clocks. It also has a four cities which I'm guessing may have had stores that sold their clocks. They include Cortland St. New York, Wabash Ave. Chicago, Market St. San Francisco and Stockwell St. Glasgow. For the most part, this very informative label is in very good shape, its just that upper quarter that is brittle and has flaked off a bit. Now for the best part, this golden oldie seems to work just fine and the original key is included. I didn't let it run too long but what I observed seemed to be working as it should. From the estate of a clockmaker- clock collector. Antique New Haven mantle or shelf clock with brass works. Wooden case is in very good condition. As you can see. Clock has gold reverse glass design on the front door in nice condition with no paint loss. The dial and brass works are included. Missing pendulum and key. Not currently- we have no idea if this clock is in working order. Dial looks as if it is not original to the clock and looks as if it has been altered in the middle. Clock measures approximately 19.5 inches in height and about 15 inches across. Measures approximately 4.5 inches deep at base. Weighs about 7 pounds 6 ounces. Please message us with any questions.
