Up for auction is this Floral demitasse cup and saucer made in Japan. It has a pattern of tiny purple flowers with dark green leaves on an ivory background This set is in great and clean condition with no nicks. Crazing or discoloration. The plate has part of the original red label on the bottom that reads Japan. The saucer is numbered but I cannot read the number well. The cup is numbered 027.The handle of the cup is gold and it has all of its original paint intact. The cup measures approximately 2" high x 7' in circumference and 1" wide across the rim. The saucer 4 1/4" across. Priority mail and insurance are required. I have included the insurance charges in the shipping weight specified. I do not charge handling charges.

Vtg. Shofu Bone China Moriage Gold Dragon Pattern Demitasse Cup Saucer Japan
Very pretty. Is this Shofu Bone China, Gold Dragon Pattern, Demitasse Cup and Saucer. Cup measures about 2 1/8" tall and mouth is about 1 3/4" wide. Saucer measures about 3 3/4" wide. The Dragon is gold gilded and wraps aound the cup with moriage beading on a creamy color background. Very fine bone china, when held up to light you can see glow through it. Has a greenish Japanese symbol painted on the cup. Slight gold gilding wear. No cracks or crazing. Would make a beautiful addition to any collection, I have not found another like it. Up for your review and consideration is this lovely and beautiful hand painted SGK demitasse cup and saucer with the Nymphs. Cherubs, and Mermaid scenes the demitasse cup measures 2 1/4" tall, 2 1/4" in diameter. The saucer measures 4 3/4" in diameter. They are hand painted in relief with white with earth tone colors and detailed colorful moriage raised scenes with Cherubs. Nymphs, and Mermaids on them. They are naked with just a touch of brown cloth to cover the right spots. They are in the green grass fields, and blue water. The center of the saucer had scrolled gold gilt designs that shows. They have gold gilt rims, and handle which shows. No chips, no cracks, no repairs. Both cup and saucer are marked on the bottom under the glaze in a multi color logo, SGK, HAND PAINTED, JAPAN.
