You are bidding on a very rare piece of coca-cola history. These clocks were given to country stores in the late 1800's to early 1900's to advertise coke. I new they were rare because I have only seen about a half dozen in the last nearly 40 years and I tried to buy everyone I saw but after researching them a little on ebay I have came to the conclusion that they must be extremely rare because they have over 56.000+ items listed and none of these clocks. This particular clock I bought right out of a local home from the grandson of the original owner. It was running on the wall when we took it down. Usually these clocks are Ingraham's or Gilberts but the only way to actually tell is to take the face off and look at the works and they will probably be signed but I don't want to do this unless someone really wants to know. The ... moreclock is solid oak with it's original dark finish. The glass is all original,The paint is all original, some of the black paint on the top glass is missing, see photo but can easily be repainted if new owner desires. The gold on the bottom glass that says regulator is in great condition, bright, near perfect. The face is all original with the drink coca cola still visible but there are stains to the face which most clock people like me would much rather have the original face stained than a new one but it could be replaced but in my opinion would run the value of the clock. Most all American made wall regulators of this age have the back inside painted black which this one being no exception, see photos. This coke clock still has the original brass pendilum and key. DIMENSIONS: 34 inches in total height, total depth is 6 inches and 19 inches total width at the top of the clock on the moulding. Depth of the main part of the case 4 1/2 inches, width of the main part of the case 15 3/4 inches. Well preserved, working American mantle clock that was produced in"Winsted Connecticut USA" about 105 years ago and signed on the dial, movement, and on a mostly intact label underneath by the"Gilbert Clock Company, one of the best clock makers ever. According to the same label, this is the"Blackbird" model of chiming mantle clocks produced by Gilbert. It has a nice satin black finish and accented with Roman pillars on each side of the dial, fancy claw cast metal ... morefeet in front, cast metal feet in back, a cast metal lion head on each side of the case with a metal ring in his mouth, and fancy, faint etched designs on the lower front and sides of the dial. The dial has a very fancy brass bezel surrounding it and a brass hinged outer bezel as well with a glass crystal inset into it; no cracks or chips that I can see. The dial backdrop is white and features fancy black arabic numeral to mark the hours and fancy metal hands to point out the time. The hands are the old style that are pinned to the escapement, not secured with a nut like the newer models. There is a slow/fast adjustment on the dial in case the clock timing ever needs to be sped up or slowed down. The back of the clock is wood as well and there is a black metal cover that is secured with a metal latch. It opens easily to allow access to the key wind, mechanical movement that is fitted with a brass pendulum. The clock winds on two arbors located on the dial and runs for about 8 days or so on a single wind. The clock chimes too! I am sure there is some type of adjustment for that but I don't want to break what is not broken I cannot find a manufacturers name on the unit. CT as stamped on the works, along with N Pomeroy. circa 1847-1878. The movement is assembled on a piece of wood which may be pine. The screws holding the pine onto the case are all loose as the wood has dried and the holes are stripped. I believe the dial and both bezels are the original and possibly the hour hand. However, the minute hand has severed when removing the case. I do have the minute hand which broke off and it may not be original) I am not sure of what type of wind up clock this is. Nor if it is considered spring driven. When I disassembled to photograph, after standing back up, the pendulum swung and chimed for about a week. I am not sure of what type of service is required, probably just a cleaning and oiling and I am also in possession of the original key. See photo) The chime makes a great gong sound. I have not attempted to wind up again so it is currently not running. I am also uncertain if this is considered an alarm. The pendulum is very heavy and is adorned with rhinestones or paste stones. The 8 day movement has a ticking top-mounted balance platform. Is original and in absolute great working condition. This makes the clock a real bargain because of the high cost of getting one overhauled& restored. The giltwood case has sunburst like rays extending outwards with a nice brass case with a convex-shaped glass lens mounted to the front access door. The glass panel has no chips, cracks or repairs. The dial is porcelain with large black hour markers. There's a slightly defective area around 5 o'clock- that's however only visible up close. Original k ey and pendulum are included. The key is present but it cannot wind up the clock. It will need some work to get up and running. I'm unclear about the feature above the 6 on the clock face. Keyless Clock" Rim Wind" Phinney was know for making clocks that would be an add on to new automobiles. Believe it or not the clock was not a standard feature on vehicles for quite a while. These clocks would be added to a vehicle either by placing them on the dash, or actually having them set into the dash. These were wound by actually turning the rim or bezel. These were found in vehicles from the mighty Rolls Royce all the way down to the work horse Chevrolet pickup. It is our guess this was made for use in a private yacht/sailboat by a well to do person of the early 20th century. They made many styles and shapes, and they are also know for travel clocks as well. This still appears to be working, but we cannot comment on the accuracy. With a little TLC this could easily be"road ready" once again. It measures approx. 4 1/2" high and wide, very heavy. The clock hangs from a floral ribbon. Echoing the floral design around the clock face. The clock face itself has a textured look and hands painted with iridescent paint(please see photos below) The metal work is chased with scrolling and beaded motifs. The clock likely dates from the WWII era and the internal works were manufactured in France. Beautiful Italian Micro Mosaic Wind-Up Brass Clock- circa 1900 This sale is for a beautiful Italian micro mosaic wind-up brass clock. From about 1900. The clock is about 5.25" tall, 4.5" wide, and 2.25" deep. The clock is set using the small round handle in the middle of the winding handle. There is also a speed adjustment slide(Slower to Faster) The clock does work(ran almost 4 hours on 1.5 turns of the wind-up handle) There are no markings that I can see on the clock to tell me who made it. The mosaic pattern is many pastel flowers with a banner at the top with"VENEZIA" on the banner. This item is being sold"as is" The condition of the clock is very good plus. Especially considering the age. As far as I can tell, there are no missing pieces of the mosaic. If there are any, they were so small that you cannot ... moretell something is missing. It has a 4 1/2" porcelain with black roman numbers. It has gold sunburst hands, It has a 8 Day Swiss Brass movement and strikes on half hour and counts the full hours and a bell. Rare And Unusual E Gubelin Bezel Wind Enameled Ball Travel Clock
For auction I'm offering for your bidding consideration a most unusual ball shaped watch by E Gubelin. It rests in a fire gilded footed stand. I just had it serviced and cleaned. It does run strong and keeps good time. It is 2 1/2" tall in the stand x 2 1/4" across. The enameled colors are orange. White, grey, and black. You wind it counter clock wise by the bezel to wind it up. You set the hands by pushing the screw on the bottom and turning the bezel. Right under the brass bezel it looks to be copper which contrasts nicely with the rest of it. There are a couple minor concerns with the enamel that doesn't detract from this very nice clock. There is a number 26 on the bottom of the stand. I will be happy to ship internationally.

It has some engraved writing on the back of the clock. It says"patent" and Some dates. The latest date is 1908. The clock does work, but is missing the piece going between the letters"F" and"S" There is a small crack on the back of the clock on the brass. This item is being sold AS IS. Antique Heavy small key-wind alarm Table Clock
Very Heavy Old Clock yet small in size. 2 1/2 Lbs. 5 1/4" tall. 4" wide and 2 1/4" D. Has an unknown makers mark on the face of the clock. Glass covers the face. Clock needs cleaned, especially the back. Has key but I cannot get it to work. The Alarm does wind and does work. Bell on the bottom rings well. This can be a very nice old clock with the right owner.
