This is a Beautiful Handmade. One-of-a-kind, Cherub Putti Mantle Clock. It was crafted in 1978 by Elgene Lowe as a gift. It stands 12" tall and boasts as lavish array of Victorian imagery. It has Angels, flowers, grapes, wildlife, and so much more. The gold trim that really makes it*PoP* It has Great eye appeal, and is an excellent conversation starter. It has an irridescent glaze that really adds to the dimension of it. The clock is a wind-up style, and unfortunately, it recently began stopping; it could probably use good cleaning, and I'm sure this would solve the issue as the stopping is a recent issue. Since I do not use this I've decided to sell as well as some of her other items(time permitting) I'm not sure exact dates but estimate this is mid century vintage. It's done in a very soft red leather over the case and is the folding travel alarm clock. On dial the clocks maker Name is"JUNGHAMS" and at bottom edge of dial under 6 reads"MADE IN GERMANY" The clock folds and collapses fine and the latch opens and closes fine. Even has the original plastic covering on the top and bottom insides that protect the original fabric. It's all original and no repairs or restorations. I've wound the clock up and it keeps perfect time. I did notice the arm for setting the alarm does have about a 1/2 hour or so delay from the time it is set and when actual time alarm goes off but you can adjust the alarm dial to fix or just set alarm the 1/2 hour or so difference earlier than what time you want it to go off. Imagine it should be easy for a clock person to adjust the setting to syncronize the time alarm goes off with the actual alarm setting. Very good condition and no major damages. This is an Original Kienzle German Made"Tam Tam" Alarm Clock. I purchased this for my collection in 1980. I have been down sizing so here it is. It is working fine both the clock and the alarm part. It has a seconds hand. The case is in extremely good condition. It needs a clean with some Brasso or something. It has a fair bit of scum on it. I gave it a bit of a clean with some methylated spirits and it got 80% of the grime off. There is a tiny chip in the glass. This is the only imperfection I can see. Veglia Vintage Italian 1930's Veglia Alarm Clock, Black Face, Not working Rare
Rare Hard to find Late 30's early 40's Veglia"Made in Italy" Wind up alarm clock with repeat and silent buttons. This is a Black Face Clock(Supposedly harder to find than the white face ones) It runs for a short while. But has something wrong with the winding mechanism, possible broken spring. It needs some TLC. The case has a bit of rust on it. As can be seen in photos. There is a slight dint in it where I guess it has been dropped. There is a crack in the glass as can be seen in picture. The clock runs for a while then stops as the spring holds no tension. The alarm works fine. Veglia is the same company that makes the gauges for early Ducati's.

Nice vintage Howard Miller brass mantle/alarm clock. Works perfectly! Measures 6" tall by 4 3/4" wide x 2 1/2" deep. Roman numeral face with illumination. Runs on one AA battery.
