The putti are taking birds from the nest at their feet. The open cage sits next to them. The two Sevres style porcelain panels also feature putti or cherubs with birds. I am not a clock expert so please bear with me. The clock has a pendulum that that is numbered"347" the same as the movement- so I think it's original. The key was made in England so I doubt that is original. I gently wound the clock a little(without the pendulum installed) and it runs. But obviously too fast. It chimes on the hour. I hung the pendulum where I thought it should go and the clock did not run very long. Please email me if you have any specific questions, and I'll do my best to answer them. SIZE: The clock is 12.75 inches tall. And approximately 13.5 inches wide. It weighs 11 pounds 3 ounces. The clock face is just under 3.5 inches diameter. CONDITION: There are some rubs and tarnish to the finish. I haven't tried cleaning the clock. I don't see any repairs or damage. In the photos. You can see what looks like some"separations" in the metal but it is not damage- some pieces were cast separately. Please see the close up pictures for the best description of the cosmetic condition. There are no chips or cracks. There is light crazing throughout as usual for these. It measures 12" tall. 12 1/2" wide by 5" deep. BEAUTIFUL DIAL with green and what appears to be original hands. The pendulum appears to be original also. This is a recent estate find and it does not run for more than a few minutes. Will definitely need cleaning. The face of the clock shows some very minor wear with a chip. But doesn't take away from it's beauty. The Marble case is in good condition. W/ the exception of some small minor chips and a piece of marble missing on the lower left side(see pic's) Porcelain Dial.Time& Strike.Pendulum are all there(pendulum does not seem to tighten up on rod) As well as the key. A very fine antique. Circa 1860's, French porcelain mantel clock in the Louis XVI classical style. The brass door with bubble glass covers the porcelain dial. The brass clockworks are unsigned. It is in working order: tells the time, gong chimes the hours and halves. Includes a new pendulum, no key. The top surface originally held a porcelain statue or group, now lost. The clock measures 8" tall by 9-1/2" wide by 6-1/2" deep. The top surface measures 5-1/4" by 5-1/4" Very good condition: porcelain without cracks, teeny chip to an interior bottom edge. Original enamel decorations, gilting slightly worn. The dial has several fractures and minor restorations. The glass is without damage or scratches.

This beautiful German Ansonia porcelain mantel clock is in excellent but needs a cleaning. Named"La Drome" circa 1900. I don't have the key or pendelum so I am unsure if it works or can be fixed. It is beautiful. Almost perfect, except for a small hairline crack on the right side base(above the foot) Another crack is on the back of the clock. It has been repaired. The markings on back read: Royal Bonn. 1755, La Drome Inside parts read: Ansonia Clock Company New York USA The clock face is in perfect condition. The glass door opens as it should. Clock measures approximately 12" tall by 16" wide and 6" deep weighs 12 lbs. It is mainly green in color but has touches of pink. Purple and blue.

I obtained this lovely Ansonia clock from a South Georgia Mansion estate sale. It is in excellent condition with no chips. Cracks or paint loss. It does run and chime. A beautiful antique. Circa 1850's, Rococo Revival French porcelain mantel clock case baring the initials: J.P. for Jacob Petit. The surface is enameled in a tan color, finely hand painted with floral sprays, and gilted with traceries. The white enamel dial is hand numerated and gilted, marked: Andre a Paris. The clockworks are marked: Schuller a Paris. It measures 14" tall by 10" wide by 5-1/2" deep. In working order with the original pendulum. Tells the time, gong chimes the hours and halves. No key included(will accept a no. 7 key. Very good condition: dial with chips at keyholes, the case finial leaves have been recreated, some restoration to back left top scroll. The enamels and gilting are unworn. Front door bubble glass, and back door glass, fine. Back door does not close properly.

This gorgeous Victoria Austria Porcelain mantel clock once belonged to my husband's grandparents who were all born in England in the 1800's. When his grandparent's passed away. It was passed on to my husband's mum. When both his parents passed away, 7 yrs. ago his mum, 5 yrs. ago his dad.they were passed on to my husband. We recently relocated to a small condo(due to illness) and have decided to sell this beautiful clock and two vases(see my other listing) to someone who will enjoy and display them. Victoria: This sign is registered in Robert E. Rontgen's Marks on German. Bohemian and Austrian porcelain. It was used from 1904-1918 by the Victoria Porcelain Factory which was founded in 1883 by Lazarus& Rosenfeld Ltd. It was located in Altrouhlau, Austria. It was sold two years later and became the largest porcelain factory of its kind. Pieces made were considered commercial products. At that time not thought to have great value.
