There are no chips or cracks. There is light crazing throughout as usual for these. It measures 12" tall. 12 1/2" wide by 5" deep. BEAUTIFUL DIAL with green and what appears to be original hands. The pendulum appears to be original also. This is a recent estate find and it does not run for more than a few minutes. Will definitely need cleaning. G. B. GESCHUTZT DEPOSE ANTIQUE GERMAN WALL CLOCK PORCELAIN and WOOD This clock was purchased in Germany in the mid 1950's by my in-laws. And was already considered an antique. Not sure of it's exact age. The mark in back shows: G.B. possible short for Gustav Becker, but can't be 100% sure. The body of clock is solid wood. With dark antique stain. The face of clock is made of white porcelain. With dark blue checker design. It has key for winding. Clock works if slightly tilted off balance. The face has crack going in three different directions. Someone with skill can probably fill those in. Measures: 14" overall. Face is: 10" x 10" square.

I have for you this evening a beautiful clock garniture made at the clockworks of Franz Hermle in Germany. I normally deal in antique porcelain and am stepping very far afield from my knowledge base and expertise in presenting to you today this very impressive three part garniture by this excellent maker. I have taken many pictures and will take more upon request and I will not presume to tell the potential buyer to much about this piece as you would be more expert in knowledge than I will be. I can tell you first of all that the clock is working and keeps decent time and has just been seen by the local clock doctor in my area for an oiling and minor tuneup. 8 day Germany porcelain front wall clock. Face front is a little over 8 x 8 inches. It comes with pendulum and key. It does not work perfectly. If it is level. It will run for a few minutes and then stops. I do not know if it just needs cleaning or something more. It has some yellowing and age crazing on the front as well as a few chips. The largest chip is on the back, you can see it in the photo of the back. Also, on the back is some numbers and letter. I could not read the first one, but you can read the rest on the photo I took. This beautiful German Ansonia porcelain mantel clock is in excellent but needs a cleaning. Named"La Drome" circa 1900. I don't have the key or pendelum so I am unsure if it works or can be fixed. It is beautiful. Almost perfect, except for a small hairline crack on the right side base(above the foot) Another crack is on the back of the clock. It has been repaired. The markings on back read: Royal Bonn. 1755, La Drome Inside parts read: Ansonia Clock Company New York USA The clock face is in perfect condition. The glass door opens as it should. Clock measures approximately 12" tall by 16" wide and 6" deep weighs 12 lbs. It is mainly green in color but has touches of pink. Purple and blue.
