Here's a rare and Exquisit Vintage Antique Pre-1900 Fly Fishing Reel(made of wood + brass + horn) it has a click drag which is engaged/disengaged ... moreby the brass button on the back. All gears and drag working parts are made of brass. Reel handles are made of some type of horn with brass fittings. brass button on front is to remove spool from seat. The spool and the back of the reel seat are made of unknown hardwood with some light grooves engraved into them. The back of the spool and the reel seat have some machined tin or aluminum so that dirt doesn't enter the drag assembly. Reel has no indication of manufacturer Working condition is excellent. Click drag works great- you could take this out and fish with it immediately. Spool spins freely on spindle when drag is removed. Note: one tooth is broken on the drag gear, see photos- doesn't effect operation. Visual condition is excellent. Shows no sign of wear, except where your finger nail would rub next to the handle and wood has a scratch or two and neither are really even worth mentioning. Finish is still glossy and no bare spots- may have been just lacquered and not stained. Reel foot shows no sign of wear. You are bidding on an antique Ingraham Oak School Regulator Clock. It is in very good working condition. It has the original pendulum. And a Key. The Clock measures 17 1/2" by 24 1/2" tall, by 4" deep. Tjhe Face is quite dirty, and will need to be cleaned or replaced. The Lower Door Hinge Needs tightening. I left it as-is, since I'm not a clock expert.

It is 21 1/2 inches long, 10 inches tall and 4 inches wide. The case is wood veneers with solid oak trim. The case is in excellent condition with even color, no damage and no repairs. The works look good but on winding the clock runs for about a minute and then stops. The striking mechanism works and produces a single tone. It has the correct pendulum bob and key. The only obvious damage is the face and missing door. A beautiful old mantle clock with a lot of potential for repair or parts. It weighs 5 pounds before packing. Ronsstuff ANTIQUE INGRAHAM MANTLE CLOCK Antique Ingarham model SSC5 mantle clock in good condition. It does have a few small scratches but overall it is quite nice. The chime was working but not striking at the right time. I turned the screw on the back to try to adjust it and now it isn't chiming at all. Someone who knows about clocks could adjust it properly. This is the Ingraham model SSC5 mantle clock. Probably from the late 1930's. It is a self-starting electric design which chimed on the hour and half hour, hence the grill on the front. The styling is quite attractive and the real wood carvings along the bottom edge are a great touch. It stands about 9 inches high, and is six inches wide at the base. Ingraham's specialty was building cases and cabinets with multiple curves. And veneer which followed those curves smoothly. ... moreThis example is no exception. Today I have a Anitque Ingraham mantel clock. This is a great restore project. The movement is good, sometimes it will run for a minute and sometimes it just stops. both springs are good, the glass is good along with the two interesting Mirrors. Mirrors show there age. The dial is showing aging. The pendulum is nice, The key is missing, the wood case is free of repairs or missing parts but needs restored. The small alarm movement is missing. Up for auction is an antique pressed oak gingerbread style kitchen mantle or shelf clock. It is 22 in. high. 14 1/2 in. wide and 5 in. deep. The face is marked Made by The E. Ingraham Co. Bristol, Conn. U.S.A. The movement is marked E. Ingraham Co. Bristol, Ct. U.S.A. There is a 2 and 16 on either side of the mark, which stands for Feb. 1916 when the clock movement was manufactured. There is a newer key included which fits and works fine. The clock runs fine, but stops after running awhile. It gongs on the hour and the half hour. Up for auction is an antique Ingraham large ornate top kitchen shelf or parlor mantle clock from the 1870's to 1880's. The inside bottom of the case is incised with Manufactured By The E. Ingraham& Co. Bristol. Conn. and the movement is marked E. Ingraham Co. Pat'd Oct. 8, 78 Nov. 11, 79. This clock is 24 in. high, 16 in. wide and 5 in. deep. It runs and keeps good time. Old clocks sometimes need a small amount of adjusting after shipping. It gongs only on the hour. The original key is included and marked E. Ingraham& Co. Bristol, Conn. The finish which appears to be original is in good condition and has probably darkened a little over time. This is a nice larger size old clock that displays beautifully. This has a lovely faux marble painted case with gold colored decorations and fancy feet. This has a beautiful brass 4 1/2" dial with black Arabic Numbers. The 9 and 4 have some wear near the winding arbors. The original Ingraham movement has been ultra-sonically cleaned. Adjusted and lubricated with synthetic clock lubricant. Up for auction is a Wonderful Antique Oak Ingraham Gingerbread Mantel/Shelf Clock With an Alarm. Circa 1890-1910. The clock's dimensions are approximately; H- 21" W- 16" D- 5.5" The Case: The oak case is in good physical condition. There are no broken or chipped parts. The case retains its original finish and has a great patina with some"alligatoring" A lot of times you see these type of clocks refinished. I believe to keep them in therir original condition. A clock that is 100-120 years old should have a certain amount of"alligatoring" and"patina" to it. There is a label on the back. Its difficult to read, but says"Vesta" model. Blue Delft case is in excellent physical condition. The Dial/Face: The paper on the face has some worn areas. Please see photos. As is confirmed by the absence of any markings where they may have been attached. Thus, a cleaner and more modern look- anticipating the Art Deco movement. Vintage INGRAHAM 8-day Mantle Clock circa 1900 I have been gently caring for and using this elegant clock for a while now. Wind it up and it will keep very accurate time through 8 days and strike a gentle"gong" on the hour and a soft"ding" on the half-hour. Manufactured by The INGRAHAM Co. in Bristol. Connecticut around 1900, this clock has all its original parts and all work well. The original key winds the clock spring through one keyhole and winds the chimes through a second keyhole. An adjustment wheel on the clock face can be turned to speed up the clock or slow it down. Three decorative pillars. With faux marble at top and bottom frame both sides of the clock face. Delicate carving adorns the wood near the base and top. A"brass" ring surrounds the glass face cover. Ornate metal feet support the clock. A ... moredetailed lion's head. Ring hanging from its mouth, is mounted on each side of the clock. Cosmetically the clock is in very good condition. From the black enamel wood"Adamantine style" case, to the porcelain clock face, the glass face cover, the minute and hour hands, the metal feet, the metal lion's heads, and the inner clock works. The minor exceptions are: one foot is slightly loose, the"brass" ring shows some wear, the clock face has some a few darkened spots, and the wooden back is worn. You can see all this by viewing the accompanying pictures. The case is 14.25" wide(17" foot to foot) 5.25" deep(6.5" foot to foot) 11.25" high. Up for auction is a Wonderful Antique Eastlake Period Mahogany Ingraham Parlor/Mantel Clock w/ Alarm. Circa 1870-80. The clock's dimensions are approximately; H- 18" W- 10" D- 5" The Case: The mahogany case is in excellent structural condtion. The mahogany case retains the original finish and has a wonderful patina. There is a crack on the back of the clock that is not noticeable from the front. The back of the case appears to be a replacement. The Dial/Face: The dial/face is original and does have some paper wear here and there. The Mechanism: The Ingraham Ansonia 30 hour time and strike mechanism has been recently cleaned and oiled. The mechanism has been working properly since the cleaning. The clock chimes on the hour. In decent antique condition. As you can see, clock is missing glass to the front door, face, pendulum, and key. The top ornament is detached but can easily be re-glued. Missing finial on the left side as shown in the photos. A restorer or tinkerer could most likely get this clock up and running with little effort! What a beautiful project! Beautiful Antique Late 1800's Ingraham "Lexington" Sounding Mantle Clock
I was fortunate enough to acquired this beautiful clock at a recent estate sale. This is a well crafted and solid clock. I highlighted the defects that were visible in the"item condition" Here's what I found out and know concerning the mechanics. The key is not original but winds the clock fine at the"4" The key does not fit the other two. Which I don't know what these slots do anyways. The clock makes a beautiful"cathedral" sound once at the half hour. And sounds the time at each hour. The clock runs fine and seems to keep pretty good time; however. It is touchy and the pendulum will stop if the clock is not balanced properly. The Body of the clock is painted wood. The trim is either brass or bronze and the marbled pillars seems to be faux wood. The clock weighs 10 pounds and measures approximately 11" ... morehigh by 16" wide. I am not very knowledgeable of this clock. Did not and do not know how to service it. I highly recommended taking this piece to a professional for cleaning, servicing, to become familiar with its working, to obtain a proper key and so that it will perform optimally. Thanks. The ornate case is decorated with a faux marble design with elaborate gilded columns flanking the dial. Majestic lion head handles are set on either end of the clock. Set with metal claw feet. The gilded dial features bold easy to read numerals. Accompanied with a key as pictured. Chimes once on the half hour and for each hour on the hour. The chime offers a pleasing, resonant tone. There is a replacement Seth Thomas back plate as pictured. In overall very good cosmetic condition with surface scratches and wear to the finish on the case. There are a few knicks. The chimes sound a bit dull. The clock measures approx. 17" tall x 12 3/4" wide x 6 1/4" deep. The in very good condition with only normal use/age wear and the metal door has been replaced, otherwise no breaks or repairs just a great item. We have this E. Ingraham& Co. shelf clock for your consideration I don't know if this clock works. No key, the wood needs some tlc where it is worn, I kinda like that look) but I'll leave that up to the buyer. It has a gold stencil like picture on the bottom front glass looks like a fountain. Inside reads Eight Day and One Brass Clocks Mosaic Front patented in 1871 and on the other side it reads Elias Ingraham's patent 1861, renewed Sept.3rd 1868 patented March 30th 1869, center reads Trade DORIC Mark. On the brass ring around the face it has the month May in the brass. This clock measures 16 inches high at the peak and about 8 inches wide. Please look at all the photo's. Thank you.

Antique clock- ornate feet and handles. No face on clock. Comes with key, unsure if it keeps time. Some of original tag remains on back- unsure but we think the date says 1885. Antique Ingraham Mantle Clock Running very well. Lovely Tone. Case is fantastic for its age. Clock Collectors you will find this one hard to get. Especially with the gorgeous fragile cellulose faux marble columns. Here's your chance and in such good nick too. The movement doesn't look as though that has been cleaned or interfered with but is running very smoothly and reliably. Great condition and ticking away very nicely indeed. It has a bell which rings on the half hour and a cathedral coil gong which counts the hours on the hour on a warm and sonorous tone. It has a special pendulum window so you can see if the pendulum bob is flashing past or not. The bezel and glass are quite good and closes snugly. It is supplied with key and gorgeous pendulum bob shown in the photos. The top of the clock has a wear mark probably from having a statue on it Clock is dated circa December 1900 on the from of the movement(behind the dial) The paper dial appears replaced- everything elseis original and unrefinished. Pendulum access is gained through the base of the clock American Ingraham Clock of Bristol Connecticut- strikes bell on the half-hour and strikes the hours on a cathedral gong. Regulator adjustment thumb-set wheel in located in the middle of the brass portion of the clock dial Works perfectly.
