Very Collectable and Rare Late 19th Century Clock with Emile Farcot Patented Escapement. Signed Movement in Fully Working Condition This is a clock by a noted French clock maker and inventor. Emile Farcot, from late 19th century. Farcot is noted for inventing the conical pendulum clocks and also clocks with a pendulum that swings front to back(rather then left to right) this clock being an example of the latter. These Farcot clocks are highly desirable and collectable(some of the really ornate ones are in world's top museums) In fact, this clock is a little more unusual than even that- most of the Farcot swingers have a cherub pendulum, this clock has a lady. Also, the movement's escapement is an unusual variation of the traditional Farcot escapement(but clearly signed by Farcot, with his name, his shield and Fot and is undoubtely ... morea Farcot original) The case and the clock's dial are either marble or alabaster, the case has a repair, well shown on one of the pictures. The dial has some kind of discoloration around 6 o'clock, but it does not appear to be a damage, most likely naturally there. The clock is fully operational. Antique Clock - night Light - Two Children Swinging
This Vintage Clock made by Master Crafters. Has been in my family from my grandmother who gave it to my mother and then it was given to me. My mother received it in 1945 as a gift. It was given to me in 1981. It is now 2014. The clock is about 69 years old. The outside is plastic Brown. It's electric and when it is connected to an outlet the children on the swing are constantly swinging. There is also a night light. The Clock is in excellent condition. I am selling this clock because my children do not want it and I have to start selling my nic/nacs.

The wooden wall piece measures approximately 9" tall x 6-3/8" wide. The clock face portion is approximately 6-1/8" wide and 7-1/4" tall. On the back of the white glass. There is a 3-1/2" very thin hairline scratch.I say scratch because you can't even feel it and it does not at all show through to the front. It doesn't work, but we see that the mechanism is complete. Antique Junghans Free Swinging Wall Clock, Running, With Fabulous Pendulum
This is a C.1890. German, Junghans, Free Swinger, or"Berliner" in generally good condition. This clock has a polished 8-day movement has and is clean and running. It chimes on the hour and the half hour on a wire gong. It does have the need to be level to run correctly so you will need to hang it in a fairly level area. The original pendulum on this clock is spectacular it is a Victorian Lady and is super ornate. This I believe is a Mahogany case that has picked up an old darker patina over the years. It has all it's original glass it is very solid and just has a wonderful look. It is very old so there are distinctive characteristics in accordance to age and use! A couple of corners have chips but nothing major and the over all condition is quite good. Ansonia Huntress Swinger. The statue is just the way you want to find them, movement is signed and has been clean, oil and should run for many more years. It was found very dirty. Dent on back of ball has and loss most of the patina on the back. Clock is swinging but you will have to adjust it for keeping time by reducing some of the weight in the lower ball. Running fast. The suspension block for the springs are original. Bubba painted the numbers black. I have seen some of his work, I think he lives in Alabama. I have a new ribbon if you want it. French Antique Swinging Swinger Arm Clock Spelter
French swinger has been refinish. Has matching numbers on the movement and swing arm. I couldn't get a picture of the swing arm numbers, but they are there. The statue is spelter with metal base standing 24" high with about a 3 1/2 inch ball. I don't see anything missing nor broken. the swing arm moves very slow in each direction unlike the faster moving Ansonia's. This is a very nice little swinger. Ansonia Antique Spelter Juno Statue long Swinging arm Clock
Ansonia Juno All Original swing clock. Statue has a recent paint job, I wish they hadn't done that, however I don't see any broken or missing pieces. The long swing arm is Original. However the movement is not signed, I have seen a lot of original movements in my 45 years of collecting that were not sign and I can tell the different in a reproduction and an original movement, this movement is original. The statue has the original felt under the base just the way you like to find them. The Juno and the Diana are the only ones without the grid iron holes. Rare Antique Mystery Swinging Arm Clock-Junghans-Runs/Estate
This very nice Junghans Mystery swinging arm clock comes from my late husband's clock shop. The tag on it had the name"FIRST TO FIGHT" My husband must have been able to research& find the statue's name. Please let me know if this is incorrect. I wound it almost a week ago and it is still running. I'm unable to get the time set screw to move the hands. I am not familiar with clock repair& my repair man is not taking more clocks at this time. I will list as running but please note that some adjustment will be needed. I will describe to the best of my observations and ask that you enlarge all pictures to see the wonderful detail& condition. Overall height of the clock is 20"with the movement& 4-1/2" across the square base. Statue: I believe the statue is pot metal with a black& bronze color ... morefinish. It depicts a young man dressed in a French sailor uniform. The details of the face& uniform are quite nice. There are no breaks and all the fingers& other details are perfect. Movement: The Junghans swinging 8 day brass movement is running with a full winding and will continue to run wherever I have placed it. I have mentioned that the screw on the back that sets the time will not turn the hands. The dial is set in a fancy brass framing& has the Junghans name and a plastic bezel. Attached is the shaft that ends with an adjustable ball to regulate the time up/down. It sits perfectly in the slot holes on the sailors left hand. Antique Lot of 2 Mystery Swinging Arm Clock Movement PARTS OR RESTORATION
Up for Auction are 2 Antique Swinging Arm Clock Movements. These are being sold AS IS- Not Working for Parts or Restoration Project. They appear to be very similar in type and are somewhat heavy metal. One has Germany on the face. One is missing a back movement cover, the glass is good on both and one has a tiny chip of the porcelain face on the number 2. They both show some tarnishing and wearing of the finish from age. A nice little piece of artwork. Clock is made in Germany. Looks to be an older more simple version of the hanging lady clock, not sure which parts are missing and am unsure if someone can get it to run again, but still makes a nice decorative piece. This auction is for a VINTAGE RARER GREEN CASE MASTERCRAFTERS ANIMATED LIGHTED SWINGING GIRL MOTION CLOCK CALLED THE SWINGTIME CLOCK. The clock dial is marked MASTERCRAFTERS and the back is marked MASTERCRAFTERS CLOCK AND RADIO COMPANY with patent numbers and other information. The clock has the Sessions type motor movement. The clock measures approx. 10& 3/4"H x 7& 1/4"W at the base. I think the clock dates around 1948-1950. The clock is made of tenite or bakelite with the beautiful marbleized swirls of colors in the rarer green case. As you can view in the photos. The animated motion part of the clock is the girl swings back and forth the entire time the clock is running. The animated area of the girl lights up and there is a light switch to turn the light off or on. There is no damage to the case. Fence, dial or glass ... moreas you can view in the photos.
