Brass has hammered look at the top of the fixtures. Both have pull chains and both have a good sounding click. They have some old chippy white paint left on them. This is an attractive card for Oneida Electric that was in New York City. There are other companies with that name including one in Oneida. NY. This was possibly printed in the 40's or 50's as the code word is used before the phone number. Canal and it fits as the business was on the corner of Canal Street. They were probably a large business that dealt with lighting fixtures, wiring for bells, motors, repairs. etc. The card has a bend in the middle but the cardboard is thick and strong. There is an excellent illustration of Ben Franklin printing and the information under the picture cites that Franklin was allowed to be the first printer of American money.
