Four Antique Ceiling Lighting Fixtures, very cool, modern, matching
Here are four matching ceiling light fixtures. I just removed them from a coffee shop I recently purchased. I am reconfiguring the space so I have no place for these. Otherwise I would keep them. They all work perfectly. They were hanging from the ceiling for 6 years, never sitting on the ground or a shelf(until I took the picture on Feb 28, 2013) so they are in great shape. The metal framing mount has a few marks on it appears to of originally been painted gold which is common. It is solid and holds up well but the wiring will need replaces which is seen on the backing. The mirror plate has a few nicks in it which is also common. But if you want it all here now here it is usually people mix and match frames and what not and really only care about the globe which is fine. I will ship what you want and junk what you don't for instance the wall bracket is completely rusted and will need replaced. More then likely you weren't going to use it anyway. This auction is for all four of these trackspot lighting fixtures. We have no experience on this kind of thing so cannot guarantee performance. We di not cleaning or anything like that. All we did was plug in and test each. Here is how we tested: plugged each in and the wheels inside turned and the mirror turned. However none of the 4 have bulbs so they did not light. These were removed from a night club that closed. Then sat in storage for a few years. We haven’t packed them to get an actual shipping cost so put shipping at $150. The lens frame is hinged for lamp service. I have all 3 white painted reflectors that are mounted between the bulbs and entrance wiring. The photos show the fixture with and without the reflector in place. The cover(lens and its frame) is 15" wide. The main box is 12" x 48.25" x 3.75" Total depth is 4.25" These fixtures are heavy duty. They are solid and weigh 46lbs each. I purchased these from a contractor who did renovation work on NY Subway stations(he sold me used subway signs too) These are vandal-resistant units he installed in the stations. The lens is lexan or similar and thick. Screws secure the cover in place(total 8 although you ... morereally need two only) I installed these in a garage storage room for approx. 5 years. These lights were removed from the factory in working condition. They are in great overall condition. Clean with very few scratches/dents. We had to cut some of the cords to reuse them for our new lighting. But with minimal work, these will make fine lighting fixtures. Their size is approximately 24”x 24”x 22” high.
