Antique Chandelier Porcelin Lighting Fixtures Glass
This is an old chandalier that was salvaged from an old building that once served as a town hall. Item is very dirty and has a few small blemishes. We never clean our salvaged items other than with a dry rag because of fear of damage. Item has one light that porcelin is chipped and another were metal has actually split and cracked in two places. Item has some very thick glass that is very dirty but otherwise appears to be in good shape. We are not sure of metal but it is nonmetalic. Possibly nickle plated brass. Metal has some scratches, pitting and minor rust. Metal also needs professional cleaning. Item has not been tested and is being sold as is for parts or repair with no returns. I have for sale(2) Elation/GLP Impression 90 RGB LED Moving Head Lighting fixtures. These were from a lot#24 units that I purchased from 4Wall Entertainment in Columbia. Maryland. I personally picked the(2) best" units from the entire lot. I then proceeded to dis-assemble both units and give them a thorough cleaning inside to remove all the dust and crud. I also re-lubticated the areas around the gear motors. Once I completed that I spray painted them to bring them back to a"newer looking" condition. I also painted the base plates as well. Antique Lighting (total of five antique light fixtures)
This is a lot of five lighting fixtures probably from the late twenties or early thirties. They were originally part of an old grain mill. They are approximately 8-inches in diameter. The conduit pole they are mounted on is approximately 7/8-inches in width. The nut where these attach are 1.75-inches in width. They have a beautiful natural patina and appear to be a cast iron light. These seem exceptionally well-made. I bought these for a project at my house but have decided to go with a more modern look. These have a nice patina which I but gently polished. The socket rings are original and porcelain. Nice. The fixtures will attach directly to the ceiling. I will supply the screws. I did not lacquer, so the set will acquire a patina. Note the original ceiling canopies. And lovely finials. The set is not actually restored yet. All the sockets will be new. And the wiring will be cloth-covered like the original. This will take a week after payment is received. This set will be shipped wholly restored and with new sockets and wiring. Ready to hang, and with all the mounting hardware needed! DETAILS: Sadly. The period-correct, hand-painted bulbs are not included. Happily, I will let you know where to get them.
