The shaft has beveled tapered corners. It is notched for the step. It measures 52 tall and 7.75 inches square at the base. It is 6 square at the shaft. Overall it is in good condition. Early Antique Solid Silver Engraved Back Round Bowl Spoon w. Baluster Finial
Antique Silver Engraved Back& Baluster Handle Tip Round Bowl Spoon Rests stably on a flat surface when the bowl is in the face down position and design is showing. Elegant and unusual stem that transitions from a round baluster end to a softenend square. Then to a slimmer rectangle before spreading into a fiddle-like form where it meets the bowl. Based on the chest of other silver items this was stored with. I am guessing this is a Continental solid silver piece. There were many Russian. Austrian, Hungarian and Scandanavian pieces stored with it. But I've not been able to identify the unique markings of this piece. As you'll see from the photos(3. 5, and 6) the markings are in a vertical lozenge with what looks to be curving crossed swords or an elaborate X and then a 10 or 19. But I may be misreading it. A nice vintage find at an estate sale but I can't quite identify the type of glass it is. Looks like milk glass but from bottom of lamp to the top. It fades from creamy white to a soft blue. The finial is glass, creamy white. The design on the lamp is daisies and on the finial it looks kind of like clover leaves. The lamp is in good condition with no cracks, chips, etc. It has the original cord but highly recommend you re-wire it before you plug it in. The square base of the lamp is 5 inches wide and the lamp from base to top of glass is about 11 inches; with the metal shade holder and finial. The lamp would stand 24 inches. Auction people called it Smith glass but I do not see any markings on it so I leave it to you to identify if you can. It surely is pretty though. This is a beautiful teapot in Copeland Spode's discontinued"Heritage" pattern in blue. The pot has a twisted handle and a berry finial on the lid. It is done in a pattern reminiscent of Chinese Export ware. It has a wonderful patriotic eagle on each side. The pot is 4" tall with the lid in place and about 7" from the back of the handle to the tip of the spout. It is in excellent condition with no chips. Cracks, crazing or stains. Vintage Green Art Glass Flower Bowl w/ Butterfly Handle/ Finial
This beautiful dish is in flower form topped with a butterfly. Very nice design. The color is green. Also along the tip of some of the petals is an opaque color. I can detect no cracks. Chips, scratches or any other damage. It measures 6" tall with the lid in place and 5 inches wide. I am not sure of what the original use was for. But th is would make a Great Candy or Treat Dish! This is possibly a Fenton art glass piece. The mark is very hard to interpret. Thank you for looking. And please feel free to ask questions.

Booths OLD TIME A2460 Silicon China Tureen Lid IMARI Colors PEONY Bud Finial
I am very pleased to present a wonderful silicon china tureen lid in the OLD TIME pattern(A2460) by BOOTHS made in Staffordshire. England. T his beautiful Imari colored piece has lots of 22k gilt. Indigo and ochre trim on the outside edge surrounding floral swags in tan, yellow, green and ochre. This hand-painted lid was produced in 1924 judging by the date stamped on other pieced of this service. It is in outstanding condition and shows no wear nor gilt rub-off whatsoever. The colors are vibrant and there is a lavish amount of gold. The slotted lid is superb. It has no chips. Cracks nor hairlines. There are a few crazes on the inside center in the excess clear glaze near where the knob is attached. The knob is a big peony bud surrounded by gilt-edged leaves. The lid measures 10 1/4 inches in diameter. The inside rim measures 9 inches in ... morediameter. The domed lid stands 3 1/4 inches tall. Maybe this lid would be a good marriage to another Booths piece from a similar pattern. This Auction is for a Stuben Candy Dish with a Cover featuring a Ram's Head Finial. The piece is Steuben Style Number 7936 and was designed by Irene Benton. The piece is Circa 1943. The total height is about 6-3/4" The pieces are in good to very good shape. But there are some gentle use scratches on the bottom of the candy dish. The bowl has the etched Steuben mark. Please be advised that the items I love and sell are vintage and therefore have had a previous history where the items were used. I will explain all the defects that I see. Auctions, garage sales and pick in search of items to bring to you This large-size round green satin powder jar has a standing elephant finial with its trunk down. Both the base and lid of the jar have vertical ripples. The base bulges to a diameter of 6" at the center. The top of the base has a series of slanted ridges over which the lid fits. Patent information shows this elephant jar with the trunk down was designed by Charles H. Oestreich of Brooklyn. New York. An application for a patent on this ornamental design for use as a toilet powder container was filed on November 4. 1930. The patent was ... moregranted on January 13. 1931. The powder jar was initially manufactured at plant No. 2 of the L. E. Smith Glass Company-the Greensburg Glass Company of Greensburg. Pennsylvania. The elephant with the trunk down will be found in both satin and transparent colors. Generally. The satin colors of this jar are plentiful, and the transparent colors are more difficult to find. Known colors include amber transparent. Crystal satin, green satin, green transparent, pink satin and pink transparent. The crystal satin elephant is sometimes seen in a lavender color. This"sun turned" lavender color sometimes results when crystal glass is exposed to sunlight or ultraviolet light. My UV light truly makes this green glow- see photos!
