The key tag[i.e. the impression of the bit of a skeleton key] attached to it makes it not really a key chain because somebody else has the key that fits this tag. Both the pin and the tag have the identical numbers indented. This one smoothly opens/closes. It is brass- what silver plating it once had is mostly worn.

Here on offer is a great vintage German brass skeleton key corkscrew and bottle opener. Dating to the 1950s. The corkscrew is designed to look like an antique skeleton key. The loop at the top is a bottle opener for removing caps from beer bottles. The shaft of the key is removed to reveal the corkscrew. Garcia"it's worn off. It starts with"BEL"and ends with"SES" The wheels. Bells, gears, etc. are all exposed, and fascinating. Some turn when you touch them. And will start another part turning. Large Solid Brass Anchor Vintage Wine Screw Corkscrew Skeleton Nautical Key rare
Rare- Heavy German made Solid Brass Wine Corkscrew with maple leaf hook- Very hard vintage corkscrew to find with the maple leaf. You will see these occasionally on ebay but never with the leaf attachment. This corkscrew was bought in the 50's in Germany when my father was stationed over there. It has been rarely used"he liked beer" It is in fantastic condition. The design is nautical in nature and measures about 8 inches in length. Width at anchor end is 4 1/2 inches wide. Cork Screw fits tight and snug in base and can be hung with out the fear of it falling out of the sheave. This is a beautifully made corkscrew. Thanks for looking
