The table comes with its custom pad that is also in excellent condition. Notice the beautiful grain on the top and the detail to the skirt and fluted legs. The table is 42 inches wide and 29 inches tall. The top is just about as perfect as one can get. There is one tiny chip on the seam(3/4 by 1/8 inch) and one rough area along the seam about 5/8 inch. There are no rings. Stains or scratches. The table legs are also in wonderful condition with only the smallest ding here and there. There are 6 side chairs and 2 arm chairs. Constructed of a solid Burl wood with the outer rim and base painted with the highest quality black lacquer paint. The inner circle is a dark cherry wood tone with the beautiful Burl wood grain exposed. Bottom of each column us trimmed in brass. Condition is good considering age. Dining Set: Ralph Lauren Farmhouse Table with 6 chairs (All Henredon)
Originally called the"Danby Table" this dining table has meticulous attention to detail: much of the surface has inset wooden pieces. Some cracks, all designed to make the table look like a real antique. There are six chairs- four are armchairs. The fabric on the chairs is stained in parts- I have photographed the worst of the stains- with such a beautiful dining set, recovering the chairs would be appropriate.
