Antique Dollhouse Miniature Metal Lyre Back Sofa Settee& Rocking Chair Set These interesting antique dollhouse miniatures were made in the USA. Sometime in the late 1890s to very early 1900s. They both have a"Patent Pending" stamp on the bottoms, but no manufacturers name or logo. Both are made of soft metal with flocked paperboard seats. They are very similar to German-made items of the same period, but this set is made of sturdier metal finished in much finer detail. The settee measures about 3 1/4" wide, 2 3/8" tall at the back, and 1 1/2" deep. The rocking chair measures about 1 3/4" wide, 2 1/4" tall at the back, and 1 5/8" deep. This set is in excellent condition, and neither of the pieces is broken, bent, or discolored. The only issue to report is a slight(3/8" scratch on the settee ... moreflocking, which is pretty minor given the age of the set. Nice Freshly Reholstered Antique Bedroom Settee Sofa-58" x 35" x 29
I just picked this up at one of my favorite auction houses and always try to purchase any decent settee sofa when I can affordably. This is in very nice condition and the material may not go great everywhere but I'm sure someone has a décor that yellow will work in. It has had been done and was not a cheap job with the buttons on the backside. The frame is nice and no signs of any repairs and the size is perfect for a bedroom or foyer. It measures 58" wide x 35" high comes out from wall 29" and the seat height 16" It has original casters on it bringing it up about an inch of the sixteen and they roll wonderfully. I could not find any makers tags or marks on it as you rarely would with the bottom being redone but it is quality and I would think 1910 time frame maybe bit older. Victorian Carved Rosewood 1865 Antique Sofa. Floral Crest. Hand carved of genuine rosewood about 1865. This Victorian period sofa has a wonderful deeply sculpted floral crest. Gracefully curved all around. The frame has a very fine finish and is strong and durable. This American made antique furniture has old but elegant upholstery and is very deep and comfortable. We have not attempted to clean the fabric. There are spots and fading, especially on the back side, see photos. As is typical, there is slight flexion to the back, it could be glued when it is next reupholstered. Old brass wheels are removable if desired. The back two are 2 3/4" The front 2 corners have 7" right angles and the middle piece is 11 1/2" The back 2 feet are 7" long. There are chips. Cracks and gouges but all in all fairly good shape. All need to be re-doweled. Not sure but I think this is walnut or yellow pine.

This auction is for a Vintage Sofa(believed to be 1940's) The wood detailing is original and has been untouched. We did not do any restoration on the wood detail. The springs were re-tied and the entire sofa was reupholstered with a brown sugar velvet fabric on the front and cushions. And the back was reupholstered in a creamy linen fabric. New brass nailheads were installed(exactly the way they were on the original sofa) The back is tufted(matching the same way it was originally tufted) I have also attached a before photo so you can see we kept the sofa true to it's original form and shape. Antique French Crimson Brocade Table Cloth or Sofa Throw/Round & Fully Lined
1890-1910 French brocade tablecloth or sofa throw in bright crimson red. Edged in matching silk tasseled passementerie trim& a line of cord. It has been fully lined& the throw is quite heavy. Although there is no damage or staining to the brocade, there is a tiny tear in the lining& there are storage marks(see photos) I think there are 2 or 3 tassel trims missing. The lining has been handstitched in place. This item comes from a smoke free home. This is a gorgeous chaise in the style of Louis the XV. I purchased it in an antique shop in Hudson New York and was told it was from to early 1900's. It is upholstered in a lovely blue floral fabric. The wood frame is cream with blue trim. It is in immaculate condition. The chaise is full length it measures about 52 inches long by 26 inches wide it is 31 inches high to top of the crest and to the top of the cushion it is 17 1/2 inches. I paid over $1200 for this chaise and am only selling it as I am downsizing. This chaise would look wonderful in a bedroom or living room. It is kept in a pet free and smoke free home. Available is an authentic antique Victorian full sized sofa couch. It has been fully restored and reupholstered by Amish craftsmen. The upholstery is a heavy rich creamy ivory/white brocade with a satin finish. The carved wood I believe is rosewood. The seat cushion is one single removable cushion. The couch hasn't been used since it was reupholstered and restored. There is one flaw- a chip to the top of one of the flowers on the top left hand side of the couch. Please see the last photo.
