We purchased some really interesting pieces from this collector as he is downsizing, and this antique oak dresser was refinished about 20-30 years ago, and we did a couple of touch ups. This fantastic oak dresser is in nice condition in a medium oak stain finish. It has two small concave front drawers on the top and a large bow front drawer in the base for plenty of storage. The Victorian dresser has cabriole carved columns coming down into a detail claw foot, panel sides, multi-molded rolled front above the drawers, carved yolks that hold up the mirror.

This listing is for an antique. Circa 1900, DITHRIDGE trivet or dresser box in the RAY END pattern. This little box has most of the original paint that was used at the turn of the century. This cold paint process darkens with age and can be removed with paint remover. It is often left for collectors for authenticity. This box is in excellent condition with no damage. It measures 4" X 2 1/8" X 1 3/4" and has the number 26 inside the lid and again on the base of the piece. This is how the Dithridge Company marked their molds.

VICTORIAN DRESSER SCARF SETS This pretty little lot is comprised of(2) 3-pc victorian era dresser scarves or table linen sets. I believe both sets are made of cream/beige linen. The first set is a floral motif with fringed edging. The two smaller pieces measure 14" x 4.5" and the center piece measures 13.5" x 8" The second set has a cherub design with the smaller pieces measuring 11.5" x 6" and the center piece measuring 13.5" x 9.5" Both sets have some slight storage stains as can be seen in the pictures(one stain on center floral scarf and two areas on center cherub scarf) Otherwise they are in very good condition! The embroidery needlework has a lovely basket design at each end of the runner. The table runner is further embellished with ribbon work flower petals in a 3D effect and french knots in the flower centers. The table runner is nicely finished off with a metallic trim around the outer edges. Table Runner Measurements: 47" x 16" The black side of the table runner I believe is a polished cotton and the reverse side of the table runner feels like a thin silk. The ribbon work flowers are done in the same material. The embroidery floss has a shine to it and may be silk or rayon. Table Runner condition: The table runner is in very good pre-owned condition ... morewith a few small imperfections. I saw no obvious stains just 2 tiny marks(see photo) The tablecloth is in"as found" condition. Lot - Crochet? Lace? Antique Doilies, Dresser Scarves, Chair Protector
This auction is for a lot of doilies. Dresser scarves, etc that were saved by my family. I expect some of these were hand made by my my ancestors but not sure which pieces. I used a few of these about 20 years ago and I believe I washed some of the white cotton ones at the time to try and remove old stains. See Photo#10. The 7-star doily has some yellow thread in it. It is not a stain. However. The smaller one to its right does have some spots that perhaps could be cleaned. I did not attempt. Finally, the one to the right of that small one(bright white) also has a spot. There are also some thread ends here and there. I don't see any notable rips, but I am not an expert in crochet or lace, so am not the best judge. Antique Potpourri Pig Holder- Rare! Dresser Drawer Fresh Scents Freshener Powder
This is such a cool piece! An antique potpourri/powder pig once used to hold potpourri(or powder) and often kept in a linen drawer. He has unfortunately since lost his little cork, but is still in great condition! There is even crazing all over this unique find, creating a great aged look. The pig is a pale pink and has an unusual'Made in Japan' stamp on the bottom in blue ink and accented by a ribbon and crown. He has a funny little smile on his face and is laying down. 2" Matching Antique Danish Jewelry/ Trinket Dresser Vanity Boxes Up for sale are 2 Antique Boxes that have been in my family for some time. These were from my Grandmother who was born in 190 1 but it is unknown how long she has had them and or when she acquired them. The age of these boxes are also unknown but seem to be the style of the turn of the century. They are stamped made in Denmark. I was told that there was an appraisal done several years ago but I have no specifics. These boxes are in great shape for there ag e and both boxes compliment each other. The one with the red velvet is the larger o f the two. The hinges are good on both. Great patina and detail on both as well. The measurements are 7"x 5 1/4" x 2 1/2" for the larger one and 5 1/2" x 4" x 1 7/8" for the smaller one. Artwork and P atina ... moreon both are the same. I don't believe that there was a velvet lining for the smaller one" But not sure" The wood is in perfect shape with no cracks. Here we have an antique 1940's hard wood TRIANGULAR SHAPE chest of 4 drawers. We were told it is from the late 30's early 1940's. This dresser/ cabinet measures 39-1/2" in height. 24" long across the bottom at the longest part- 1" at the top of the triangle- across the front. This is 17-3/4" wide. Made in Mexico. Has a veil of white overspray on the right side and across part of the front. There are some scratches and a couple of small chips out of the wood. See pics. Use the zoom feature. This is still in very good original condition. Would look great restored, painted or as it sits. Really unique piece of furniture. Antique English Oak Bedroom Set Armoire Wardrobe Dresser Barley Twist Headboard
You are bidding on a BEAUTIFUL Antique English OakBedroom Set/ Suite/ Ensemble. I am not an antique expert or dealer.But I was told when I purchased these pieces that they are all Victorian Style English Oak(medium) manufactured in England in the late 1800's. All pieces were purchased separately. But they"match" amazingly well. There are three items in this set: Dresser- Measures 36"W x 19"D x 38.5"H. With 4 drawers of increasing size from top to bottom. Head Board and Foot Board w/ rails modified to fit a Queen Size bed- Both pieces are 54" Wide and 1.75" Deep on corner posts. Thinner across the back. The headboard is 53.25" High and the footboard is 27.25" High. Both have a diamond design in the center panel, and 1.5" slats out to the sides, with Barley Twist on the ends of the headboard ... moreonly. There is a small screw(hardly noticeable) at the very bottom of the left footboard foot, where it had once had a small crack, bus now fixed and solid. As they did not have Queen beds back 1800's, the rails have been modified to fit a Queen bed, so the mattress hangs about 2-3" off either side of the bed- this is very common for people who have an antique head and foot board, and is not noticeable once the bed is made up. Armoire/ Wardrobe- Measures 47"W(plus 2.5" on each side for the crown) x 18.5"D x 80"H. This is a beautiful piece. And VERY functional. Has a hanger bar across the interior along with 5 hooks for miscellaneous items. Also has a large drawer underneath for storage. The design is shown in the close-up(photo 2) and there is a beveled glass mirror on the door. The wardrobe actually comes in three pieces that sit on each other- base, main cabin, crown- so it is easier to move than it looks! There are a couple small"cracks" in the wood that are just natural from age, but overall it is is excellent shape as are the other pieces of the set. Please note: Mattresses. Amazing antique white Mountmellick hand embroidered table runner or dresser scarf. A wonderful example of Mountmellick embroidery and skilled needlework. Mountmellick embroidery originated in Ireland and"is of a bold coarse nature. Producing the maximum effect with the minimum number of stitches. The designs are realistic and no conventional forms are used. The runner is a very strong and heavy cotton or blend with linen. There are three large flowers with leaves on both scalloped ends.
