This is a very nice Antique that has been in the family for at least 100 years. This elegant piece measures 48 inches long by 17 1/2 inches deep by 56 1/2 inches high. The lockable doors have beveled glass and between them. The center features a beautiful Tulip made up and decorated with inlaid polished copper and brass. The shelves still have the original felt lining. I do not know the manufacturer but it does have a number. This piece was part of the art revolution of that time. The maple wood has never been refinished and is all original. It is in excellent condition for its age with only a few light scuff marks and a couple of nicks. I also have several other things listed you might be interested in. Check them out. Refinished in 1942 by Ramsay's Hobby Shop- Pattern Glass. Antiques, Old Coins York PA. we shined it up in 2014 with a little wax and that's all it needed. It is wonderful. Cup Boards like this are always tough to measure. Hopefully we didn't forget anything. It will fit in a corner where both walls are a min. of 38-1/2" Across the widest part of the front is 55" It is 88-1/2" tall. It will stick out about 32" from the corner of the wall to front face. 2 doors with 6 panes of old wavy glass. The glazing is good. But not perfect. All ... morethe glass is in there soundly. Inside the top, there are 2 fixed shelves plus the bottom(so let's call it 3 shelves) Space between each is 18" 11-1/2" and 14-1/2" with a depth inside of 20" and the center back panel is 16" across. Shelves are 1" thick with 2 groves on the sides for plates. The center shelf has cut outs for hanging 12 spoons, neat detail. The bottom section houses 2 drawers. Inside measurements are 12" wide x 3" deep. You can see in the pics the huge dovetail construction. The backs of the drawers are angled to get a little more space. Sorry ran out of ebay pics to show that. The bottom has a 1" thick center shelf plus bottom of course. 12-1/2" and 12" height on these spaces. As you can see in the pics. The cabinet is in nice condition with lots of age and some minor flaws. certainly from turn of the century or earlier. A most unusual antique. Circa 1890's, quartersawn oak three door china cabinet(may be used as a bookcase) with a base compartment across for linens. One piece construction. The three doors open to a compartment that has five adjustable shelves across. There is a key for the doors with brass escutcheons(the left door is missing the lock. The cornice, upper door frames, and the base front, are deeply carved. It measures 6'8" 80" tall by 5'5" 65" wide by 22" deep, the plate grooved shelves 5-1/2" deep. Very good plus condition: original finish, oak boards without damage(horizontal crack to the very top board. All three original wavy glass panels are fine.

For sale is an exquisite set of three dinner-plate-size cabinet plates marked on the bottom in red: CARLSBAD(picture of a shield) CHINA AUSTRIA. My online source says this particular mark means the plates were made by Bawo& Dotter. Of Fischern, Bohemia during the period 1884 to circa 1914, and are included in the Carlsbad, Austria group of marks. They measure 9 1/2" across. The plates are adorned with a beautiful lavender and purple floral motif with green foliage; the rims have a raised scallops-and-ribs pattern. They are in very good antique condition: No cracks, chips, breaks, or repairs; they do have utensil marks and one plate has a 1/4" shallow cut in the surface. The bottom rims are a bit rough from sitting and sliding on hard surfaces for a hundred or more years. This auction is for one of two beautiful 1930s/1940s glass hinged door bookcases/curio cabinets/china cabinets which I have had FULLY RESTORED. It belonged to my Grandmother and I had it professionally refinished inside and out in a dark Mahogany/walnut stain/finish(which includes the top of the shelves. Legs and the inside back of the interior) This piece is wonderful because it can be used as a book case. China cabinet or curio cabinet. I have used it as all three over the years. Lock and inner door shelf lock hardware(please note there is no key. At its widest points. The depth of the inside of each shelf measures approximately 12.0” As you can see large books as well as china can be easily placed on these strong adjustable shelves. The detailing is superb. Just take a look at the beautiful door lock hardware and matching door hinges and the stately top cornice. One of the major expenses in purchasing beautiful pieces like this is in the restoration or refinishing of the piece. Antique china cabinet 4 shelf 18 inches wide narrow curved glass door
Bidding on an antique china cabinet I bought years ago to restore and never finished. I believe the wood is oak. It has 4 shelves. The piece has been stripped of the finish. There is some staining on the wood. I was going to use oxalic acid to remove the stains. There are a couple small pieces of trim that appear to be missing. The small piece at the top in the back is missing and the bottom front below the door also is missing some trim bits. The back panel was never there when I bought it. The curved glass in the door is in good shape, no cracks. Pickup onl;y here in Southampton, Pa, about 25 miles north of Philadelphia.

Reduced "1865 Antique Burrows Bros.Of Pennsylvania Co.China Cabinet, Hutch
Original china cabinet or hutch labeled inside and on back.Draw says Burrows 1865 Picture Rocks,PA.I came across this piece while doing a Rehab job at a old large estate property in Historic Fredericksburg Va I did some Research and found out by the label it was made by Burrows Bro. Co. Pennsylvania Located in Picture Rocks Lycoming Co. This piece has some wear and fading of stain and couple of nics here and there small wood lose on couple of legs and two small wood piece lose by glass door and face on cabinet I do have those 2 pieces they have to be glued back on and touched up and there are old porcelain wheels on I don't know if these are original to this piece this wood seems to be oak or walnut I'm not sure it has a beautiful grain some areas are solid wood and part has wood veneer on wood. HANDSOME antique English dark wood(appears to be mahogany) traditional-style china cabinet. Or bookcase. 3 glass panels; center panel opens. Lower portion contains 3 drawers with antique brass-tone drawer pulls and 2 small"doors" on the edges, which open to shelves inside. Drawers are fairly deep and can hold a lot of storage. Bottom portion has an elegant, undulating shape. Crown moulding at top. Quite tall, medium-depth, with plenty of space. American or English in origin, likely from the late 19th to early 20th century. In very good condition. Wood has been waxed and slightly refurbished. And is in good condition with only some slight"cosmetic" wear from age.
