I have included a lot of pictures because this sample book is in rough condition. It is VERY OLD& it's dirty! I have not attempted to clean it whatsoever. I will leave that up to the buyer. I think that the samples themselves could be cleaned up quite nicely with an upholstery cleaner. The metal binding& the staples that affix the little tags to each sample are rusty. Therefore there are rust marks/stains on the fabric throughout the book. Condition of samples: there are some rough spots, stains, and some of the outer stitching is coming apart on a few. The upper left of the black part that reads"Slumber Chair Cover Samples" is not there.
