Vintage Chamber Pot Enamel on Steel White w/ Red Trim and Lid Black Wood Handle
Vintage porcelain enamel on steel chamber pot. The base has gently curving sides in white with a line of red trim around the top rim. It's large enough and sturdy enough to sit on(of course) The lid fits well and is solid fire engine red. There is a wire handle on the base that has a rotating. Black wooden handle. It stands about 9 1/2" tall, is 10" wide and weighs just under 3 pounds. It came from an estate sale and it's not marked for manufacturer or age. It's clean and in good condition. There are two chips in the enamel on the bottom edge, four small rust spots inside and a few light marks from age.

This wonderful antique white panel flute pattern ironstone china vanity chamber pot with leaf bracket handles is marked in black on the bottom ROYAL IRONSTONE. Vintage Chamber Pot Admiral V.P. Co., White Porcelain, Handle, Large/Decorative
Very large. Heavy white porcelain chamber pot made by Admiral V.P. Co. I couldn't find information as to when the company manufactured these pots but would expect that it must have been in the early 1900s as chamber pots went out of fashion in the utility sense probably sometime after the 1920s. This one is in nice condition except for two chips on the bottom rim and a larger area where it appears the glazing has worn away. The chips are barely noticeable unless the pot is turned upside down as they extend only slightly above the bottom of the rim. The wire bail is completely rusted with the rust having leached onto the porcelain where the bail inserts into the side holes. There is a black wooden handle which is in very good condition with only minor age wear. There is some light crazing but the pot is shiny and would make a nice decorative ... morepiece in a bathroom or a beautiful large planter. The pot is 9-1/2" tall with a diameter of 9" and weighs 5+ pounds. Pick up may be arranged in SE CT to avoid the expense of shipping. Use this as a decorator piece in your modern bathroom! Before indoor bathrooms were popular. These chamber pots were used in every bedroom/household. People used these pots so that they wouldn't have to make a trip out to the outhouse in the cold, dark night. In the morning these full pots were carried out and dumped in the outhouse. Judging by the size. This one was probably used by youngsters between the ages of 5–12. This one is unique because it has a lid and the original manufacturer's label on the side. It reads. Columbian, Serving the Home Since 1871; Porcelain Enameled Steel; Made in U.S.A. by Columbian, Terre Haute, Indiana; General Steel Wares Limited; GSN logo) Exclusive Canadian Distributors. The pot has a red rim and the lid has a black rim but they fit perfectly together. The handle is a slightly rusted metal with a ... moregray Bakelite( grasping handle. I don't think plastic, as we know it today, was widely used during this time period but I understand that Bakelite was used, however, I can't guarantee this. There is also a ripped price tag on the side of the pot which I cannot read. SIZES: Pot only—7 1/2" tall x 9 3/4" diameter top. Total height with handle straight up is 13" Lid—10 1/8" diameter x 2" height CONDITION: There are several dents. Chips and scratches on the lid and pot. There are also several rust spots on the pot which someone tried to cover with a clear varnish or acrylic to stop the erosion, I suppose. The repair work is difficult to see in the photos. This gorgeous antique white chamber pot has its lid and handle. The handle is metal with a wooden grip piece which is still fully intact although the paint on the wooden grip is a bit worn. There are no cracks or chips in the porcelain/ceramic(I am not sure which of the two it is made out of) The piece is in perfect condition. The charming embossed decoration on the pot and lid make this a beautiful find. 1891-1902 Doulton Burslem Tudor England Slop Bucket Blue & White Orig. Handle
Up for Bid Antique Slop Bucket HUGE Doulton Burslem Tudor England Blue& White Original Wicker Handle 10" Tall. 10" Diameter and 13" Diameter Including Handles I wasn't able to find any information about this pot or its beautiful pattern. Perhaps it's a rare find. The coronet was probably added to the earlier mark c. 1886 to mark the appointment of Henry Doulton as'Potter to H.R.H. The Prince of Wales' later King Edward VI 1) ENGLAND was added underneath after 1891. This mark continued in use until 1902. It appears to have been used instead of B.3 especially on bone china products and on the more expensive earthen wares. A simplified version showing only the coronet on a flat base and the word DOULTON was also used. Wonderful antique condition!

It is stamped Marquette WS George 110A Pot measures approx 12" high with lid. 9" across the opening. It has an iron handle with wood. There is crazing but nothing major to the pot- There is a thin crack across the top which you can see in the pictures. Not too noticeable. No chips on the pot Overall for its' age I consider this to be in pretty good condition for an item that is approx 100 yrs old. Vintage Antique White Enamelware Wood Handle Chamber Pot with Lid
This is a quite large old fashioned white enamelware chamber pot. This pot has an extending metal handle with a wood grip. The pot measures about 11" tall to the top of the lid and the handle extends up about 5" The pot is about 8.5" wide. This pot shows some age and has bits of rust on the interior bottom and around the edge of the lid but very little. I see no chips or flakes. This pot can be very useful for whatever task you assign it to or would just serve well as a display piece.

This charming white ironstone pot was made in Trent. England by Wood& Sons around 1910. The Royal Arms marking was used during that period of time on their ironstone pieces. In very good shape considering age and use. No chips or cracks. It has a few places along the blue rim and also places along the rim into the white that are missing the enamel and 2 long places about 1" below the rim misssing the enamel. Vintage Enamel White & Black Chamber Pot with Lid and Handle * Estate*
This is a vintage enamel white with black trim chamber pot from my Grandma's estate. It measures approximately 9 3/4" wide x 8 3/4" tall. This has some scratches. Areas of paint cracked and rust under the rim and the handle. The lid has some areas of paint chipped off. There are some areas of paint worn off the handle. The lid on the inside has some areas of paint chipped off and there is some rust. The inside has some small areas of paint chipped off and some of those areas have rust. The rim has some nicks. The handle is stained and scratched. This is from a Smoking Home with Cats. I have moved to a small house and have tons of inherited items along with my own stuff I need to get rid of. Antique Porcelain Chamber Pot. 5 1/4" tall 9" diameter. 10 1/2" including handle.Outside In very good condition. Some of the gold trim is worn off. Inside has spots with missing glaze pic 5. Vint White & Pink Child's Enamel Potty w/Handle~Charming Sweet Relic of Past~8x3
This sweet item is an enamel child's potty. I believe for a little girl since it's white with a pink rim and handle. It measures 8" across from rim to rim not including the handle and is 3.5' tall. The inside of it is in very good condition and the outside has a couple of small places where the enamel is missing as shown in the photos and consistent with its age. This is a nice vintage item which is nice for storing soaps or other bath items in the bathroom, for setting a plant inside, or for many other uses around the home. It's also the perfect addition if you have a vintage potty collection which some people have for decorating their bathrooms.
