There are a few spot where the rust shows through but overall it is nice for its age and some where and tear is expected for this kind of item. Vintage porcelain enamel on steel chamber pot. The base has gently curving sides in white with a line of red trim around the top rim. It's large enough and sturdy enough to sit on(of course) The lid fits well and is solid fire engine red. There is a wire handle on the base that has a rotating. Black wooden handle. It stands about 9 1/2" tall, is 10" wide and weighs just under 3 pounds. It came from an estate sale and it's not marked for manufacturer or age. It's clean and in good condition. There are two chips in the enamel on the bottom edge, four small rust spots inside and a few light marks from age.

This is a vintage porcelain enamelware white chamber pot or pail. Dome shaped black trim lid with swing bale wire and nicely turned wooden handle. It is a heavy duty piece. Measures approx. 10"high to rim has a width of approx. 10” at the rim and the circumference around the rim measures approximately 32 ½” This urn shaped pail is large and the pot and lid together weigh around 4 ½ pounds. There are a couple small chips around the lid rim. Three uniform marks on the bottom(possibly from the manufacturing process) and there is a manufacturer’s flaw of a paint drip as seen on the photo with the scale. Other than that. Red highlights on the handle attachments and a solid red lid(very unusual) with original metal and wood handle. The pot measures 8" high and 9.5" wide. Enamel is in good condition with minor rust spots and chips as expected with an antique pot. The lid has a couple minor small chips(see photos) but is in very good condition. This is a great chamber pot that I have used as a planter for a long time. Now I'm downsizing. You can see the chip and the rust but I think that only adds to the charm. Vintage White Enamel Cooking Pot With Lid This kettle is rather large and has a wooden handle. The lid has a small handle secured to the top. Although this pot has chips in the enamel. It adds to it's character and will display well in a rustic decor. No doubt it's old as wooden handles were not common in recent years. The measurements are 10.25" high x 11.75" diameter.
