I've seen the undertrays and have had a footed punch bowl. But none like this. It measures 14&1/4" across the top, 7&1/8" deep and weighs in at just under 9 pounds. The amazing thing is the fact that this is about perfect with no damage other than a minor glaze spider on the back that shows one leg in the interior bottom. This has a very slight amount of non distracting discoloration that would easily disappear with a professional cleaning if you have the means to do it. It doesn't need it though to display great. There are no repairs and there is normal glaze crazing as you can see in the photos. On the interior you can see some molding indentations from when this was made. Vintage porcelain enamel on steel chamber pot. The base has gently curving sides in white with a line of red trim around the top rim. It's large enough and sturdy enough to sit on(of course) The lid fits well and is solid fire engine red. There is a wire handle on the base that has a rotating. Black wooden handle. It stands about 9 1/2" tall, is 10" wide and weighs just under 3 pounds. It came from an estate sale and it's not marked for manufacturer or age. It's clean and in good condition. There are two chips in the enamel on the bottom edge, four small rust spots inside and a few light marks from age.

Federal Porcelain Enamelware Chamber Pot with Lid White with Red Trim and Handle
This is an antique Porcelain Enamelware Chamber Pot by Federal of the United States of America. It has the original lid and has the classic color scheme of white with red trim. The wire bail is in excellent condition and the wooden red handle is very nice too. I would say that it should hold up to about 1-1/2 gallons. It stands approximately 8 inches in height to the rim and is 9-3/4 inches in diameter at the lid rim. There are some chips in the porcelain enamelware finish. That lend to it's country vintage charm. Here is a neat old rustic enamel lidded chamber pot. Kettle, partial label that I cannot read. Worn as shown in the photos some scuffs on the enamel body. A few spots on the red wood bail handle.
