I found this at a thrift store. It is 10 3/4" across with handle. 8 1/2" without and 5 3/4" tall. It weighs almost 4 lbs. Made in England from 1880 to 1896 going by the back stamp. It is in amazing condition. It has no chips cracks or crazing. There is a very small spot on the top of the handle that is a manufacturers defect or a spot of wear, see last 2 pics. It could be repaired. Amazing condition for being about 125 years old. This would make a great decor piece or maybe a planter?

This auction is for a Very Rare and Old White Ironstone Covered Chamber Pot made by E. Corn of Burslem. England in the mid to late 1800s. It is in the company's Striking Lily Shape pattern. Which is a molded or raised floral and leaf Lily design on the body and lid. The lid also has a Bud handle. The piece is in good condition. Especially for its age. It has a small chip on the edge of the lid(last photo) and fine, even crazing as is expected from white ironstone of this era. There is very faint toning in spots on the inside bottom you can not see it from the outside and it doesn't detract from the overall appeal of this Great Find. The pot is in excellent structrual condition, with some minor damage from wear and age(and I'm afraid to say.use! There's a very thin and hard to see hairline crack that runs from the top down 3 1/2" You can see it from the inside too- although only 2" of it on the inside. I'm showing you the outside view in photo 9, and the inside view in photo 18. The pot shows crazing all over, and some darkening due to the crazing toward the bottom of the pot, and some light carmel colored spots on the side, but no other issues, chips or cracks on the body. Turn it over, and you can see a couple of teenie nicks on the very rim of the bottom where it sits on the table/floor- so it has to be upside down to see and they may be original- see photos 19-23. If you look at photos 12-15, you will see that the underside of the lid has two very small shallow chips(photo 13 has a third that is more of a small scrape) One is on the inside rim, it's 1/8" and it's the largest. Up for Bid Antique Slop Bucket HUGE Doulton Burslem Tudor England Blue& White Original Wicker Handle 10" Tall. 10" Diameter and 13" Diameter Including Handles I wasn't able to find any information about this pot or its beautiful pattern. Perhaps it's a rare find. The coronet was probably added to the earlier mark c. 1886 to mark the appointment of Henry Doulton as'Potter to H.R.H. The Prince of Wales' later King Edward VI 1) ENGLAND was added underneath after 1891. This mark continued in use until 1902. It appears to have been used instead of B.3 especially on bone china products and on the more expensive earthen wares. A simplified version showing only the coronet on a flat base and the word DOULTON was also used. Wonderful antique condition!

This auction is for a Lovely Antique White Ironstone Chamber Pot and Lid made by Johnson Brothers of England. It is in Very Good condition. Especially for its age, which dates to the late 1800s or early 1900s. There are no chips or cracks or stains or crazing or repairs in the bowl or the lid. The glaze is clear and white is white. There is a very minor grayish/silver"scuff" or lines in the top of the lid(last photo) It doesn't detract from the overall appeal of this Great Find. I am not certain of the pattern but the lid has a neatly scalloped edge. The piece measures 7 1/2 inches tall. With the lid, and 10 1/2 inches wide, including the handle. It has the Johnson Bros. Antique white chamber pot made in the late 1800's Very nice condition for its age! Bowl measures 8 1/2 inches in diameter and 5 1/4 inches tall Handle extends out another 2 inches and is approx. 4 inches tall Marked ROYAL IRONSTONE CHINA with the stamp of the lion. Crown and unicorn, with CHARLES MEAKIN ENGLAND under it. This printed mark was used on the earliest pottery made at the Burslem Works location. From 1870 to 1882. There are a few expected minor anomalies inherent with hand-made pottery. The inside is quite clean. Close inspection reveals very minor scratches on the bottom from use over 130 years ago. The glazing on the exterior is very nice There are no chips on the top edge. As shown in the photos. There is a very small crack at the top right side of the handle that appears to have been glued, possibly prior to glazing. This ... moreis not very obvious to the eye when on display, and in my opinion it is a minor visual issue. I have tried to be as complete as possible in my description. Ridgways England Semi Porcelain" and I think under that is reads" Dog. Rose" The pot measures about 6" high and about 9" in diameter. It has a raised pattern on the white background underneath the blue flowers. Some of the blue flower design spills over into the top of the lip onto the inside. It is in excellent age appropriate condition. There are no chips. Cracks or nicks. There is an unglazed spot which was a flaw in the making underneath the lip. Antique pottery pieces almost always come with manufacturing flaws. These are not“damages” Just imperfections that occurred in the making of the piece. Glaze pops. Stilt marks, crazing caused by quick temperature changes, pigment or glaze skips, grit specks under the glaze, clay cracks made during the firing process, firing separations, etc. are examples of the type of manufacturing imperfections that can occur. I have checked and can not find this pattern. On the last pic you can see the hair line crack that is in top. It does not go through, also ... morethere are two tiny flea bits to small to get a pic of. On the end of the handle it looks like it was not put on the pot good. I don't think it is a crack. This Wood& Son Trilby chamber pot is in excellent condition. Wood" Son" vs and"Sons" dates this piece between 1891& 1907. Other than a superficial shallow chip on base where it sits no damage. Very clean with very little wear. It is the Trilby pattern in blue. It stands about 5 1/4" high with a rim diameter of 8 1/2" and about 11" from far side to handle. It weighs 2 lbs 10 ounces.
