Available for purchase is an antique vintage steampunk cast iron drawing/drafting tilt-top table leg base. This has three control knobs- loosen the bottom handle and you can move it up and down. Loosen the middle handle to spin it from side to side, and the top knob allows you to tilt the top in one direction. It compacts down to a minimum height of just 31" tall, and extends up to 45" tall. The wheeled base measures 20" x 24" and the top, tilting piece is 16 13/16" long and 6 1/8" wide at the ends. The wheels move, but as is they do tend to fall out if you try to lift and carry it. I was told this is a tea table. It has a tilt-top or drop leaf. When the table top is raised it locks into place. It shows wear from years of use and has a nice patina. I don't see any damage or repairs. It is marked Mahogany and I think the maker's label or store label says T ENN for Tennessee(see photos) What I really like about this table is that it has a cross bar at the top for carrying. Up for sale is a nice antique tilt top table bench. I think the wood is pine- very thick. The bench is 41 1/2" long. 18" wide, and the sides are 29 1/2" high. The bench is 5" deep. Condition: unfortunately. This is missing the table top. The bench top is a little warped, and not currently attached, but both hinges are included. The bench inside is dry and in good shape. In the 25 years I have had this piece, it has always been inside or kept dry on a porch. Normal wear to base, with the most wear to the right front foot. While the table is missing the top. I am happy to offer a wonderful very old. Late 1700's, early 1800's, tilt top table made of solid flame mahogany. The top was made in the shape of a tortoise shell(this was done in England when being brought to the colonies) and was originally adopted from the shipping lane to the islands. I seen these tables in Barbados 24 years ago. It is the first time I found one here in the northeast. The estate I received it from was from a fine collector that traveled worldwide buying their furnishings. FIRST. The table is in excellent condition with no major. Nor could I see minor.repairs. The lovely column is handcarved as well as the padded feet. It is all solid mahogany. The table top is amazingly beautiful, being made of solid flame mahogany, no veneers and of one board. The galley edge is handcarved as well and"PEGGED" construction ... moreto the ornate edge. See the pictures. The back has the original early latch and lock setup. Nothing has been added or subtracted from this table. The design in the table is extrodinary and beautiful. Good and sturdy, this table can be used and enjoyed to its max. The table measures when tilted open. 43 1/2" high. When in use and locked, it measures 28 1/2" from the floor and the top from north to south and east to west is a true 28 3/4" each way. Fine craftsmen carved the acanthus leaves and delightful ornate tripod with the true pad feet giving it a good square solid fit to the floor, making it safe and not tipsy. The weight of the table is also a great factor. This table is not of flimsy lesser light woods and again, it makes a suitable table for many years of good use. Please email any questions. The single board Cherry top has a beveled edge and the best hand planning marks on the underside. The top still retains its original cleats. It also retains its original brass latch and catch. It has a very rare added support brace for the shaft. The surface is an old turn of the century refinish that has mellowed through nicely with traces of the original dark varnish throughout. The condition is wonderful. All the components are original and complete. The only repair is a couple of added nails to the block holding on the top. Up for auction is a beautiful. Mahogany gramophone table, maker unknown. The machine has an ovoid lift-up table top, eight-sided pedestal base containing spring-powered turntable, and mica reproducer, all on short foliate-carved legs. The reproducer uses standard steel needles and plays regular 78rpm records. Its horn projects sound downward, so best sound is heard on exposed wooden floors as opposed to floor with rug or carpet. It has excellent playback and quiet motor and may be played with table top raised or lowered. There is a small record storage compartment which may be seen in the last picture. Up for auction is a lovely. Well preserved& well cared for, vintage reproduction of a Chippendale style Tilt Top Table, also called a Candle Stand. I believe the top to be made from a solid piece of Tiger Maple; no veneer. I admit that I am not an expert in woods, though. There are no scratches or mars anywhere to my eyes on the table top portion of the table. The circumference is edged in pie crust decorative woodwork. The table is stamped in two different places on the underside with makers mark: 1009. The tilting mechanism on the underside works great and is sturdy. The tripod cabriole legs are heavily carved and are firmly attached to the carved center post of the table.no wobbling. Luxurious, warm wood tones and incorporates the style used by the artisans in the late 17th century. The table features: Hand carved pie-crust top resting atop a tilt-top bird cage mechanism. Central pillar is joined to the three legs with hand cut dovetail joints. Legs feature three graceful knees and end in classic ball feet. Unfortunately. There are no markings on the piece. Ca. 1810. A useful antique. Seats 6 and then the top tilts lengthwise and the table rolls out of the way. The top is made up of two pieces of mahogany. There is a space of less than one tenth of an inch between the two pieces. The top rests on a four leg pedestal with reeded legs with brass toecaps and wheels. Rosewood crossbanding. Travel back in time with this vintage juicer. Made in Kansas City in(I would guess) the 1950s. It is pre-1963 because there is no zip code. It is sturdily built and heavy duty. It works fine. There are three pieces that all fit together. It seems to be missing on of the rubber pads on one of the feet. But it still sits levelly without rocking.
