Dating to around 1910. This lovely quite petite table is constructed of solid oak and has a beautiful tiger grain pattern. It has a warm. Mellow patina to its honey brown colouring. The table features fantastic grain patterns to the top surface. Achieved through the use of oak planks, rather than one piece of timber. It also gives it a more rustic, casual dining feel. It stands on lovely turned and fluted legs and has a substantial shaped stretcher base. The table will comfortably seat 4, or 6 people if smallish chairs are used. The table measures 120cm long. 89cm wide and the table surface is 77cm high. The table is in very good antique condition. Structurally strong and robust. It does have some scratching and bumps to the table surface, but these only add to the charm and character of the piece, and provide that more rustic feel- very chic! As with all quality antique and vintage furniture, age-appropriate wear and character marks should be expected. It is a good-looking table with a large reeded center column and a platform base that goes down into the biggest ball and claw feet I have seen in a long time. The table is in a medium oak stain. for auction is just about the best quality antique quartersawn oak dining table that you will find in it's price range. i have some tables that are from 8600 to 25.000.00, but they are horner or roux, meeks, belter, and the like. but for a table of it's class, they do not come much better. i listed it as hastings or better. i do not know the maker, but i can assure you that hastings never made one of this class in a finer fashion. it could be hastings, if not, it is as good or better. it is solid quartersawn oak, has a great form split pedestal with a hidden center support leg. it has a very very nice and very thick contoured skirt that is attached by screws and metal supports that slid into a groove on the table skirt. the top of the skirt has a molded edge which adds that special touch. the feet are fluted to match the great fluted ... morepedestal. anyway, a wonderful table to say the least. it is 52 inches wide and just at 30 inches tall. it has roller bearing original to the the table and center leg as opposed to casters. it opens up to enable an eight foot dining table. there are no leaves for the table. i am sure there were some at some point in time, but when i bought it,none were included. i can make some quartersawn leaves for my cost should anyone have an interest in that. again a great table. it may be picked up at my home or shipped at the buyer's expense. good luck.

Is is oval standing 28.5 inches tall, by 45 inches by 38 inches oval. Seats 4-5 comfortably and not too big or too small. We like it for its size and carved features. This elegant dining set came from an Estate in Pebble Beach. Ca. It is believed to be over 100 years old. I can't find much information on the style or age, so maybe someone in Ebay Land can enlighten me. This group is oak and has a beautiful patina finish due to the age and wear. It is in very good condition and has been in the same family for years. The chair seats have the original upholstry tacks and most likely the original fabric. They are also in very good condition with some minor wear. There is a host chair and 5 side chairs. All have high carved backs and the host chair has upholstery on the back as well as the seat. Impressive solid Oak Dining Set consisting of a large Table with six(6) Chairs. A Buffet, and a Court Cupboard, circa 1940. We are pleased to present this vintage Dining Set for your consideration. Dating to the 1930 to 1950 time period. This American set is constructed of solid Oak with gorgeous Burl Walnut decorative veneers. It has an English Jacobean look with a Spanish Revival or Moorish flair, and is sure to attract attention and garner compliments. Hardware is original, with vintage KBC( Keeler Brass Company) drawer pulls. The set consists of the following: Dining Table. Two individual pull-out leaves give this Table enormous flexibility. With both leaves stowed. The Table measures 66 inches in length. With one leave out, the Table extends to 84 inches in length. ~ Beautiful Antique Tiger Oak 5 Leg Dining Table w/1 Leaf ~ Up for your viewing is an awesome tiger oak dining table that I purchased from an estate auction about a year ago. I actually purchased two tables. One was round(which I already sold) and this one. They both had been stored in I believe an attic, for they were very dusty and dirty due to being stored for many years. This table appears to have quite a few layers of varnish or stain on it and when they stored it I believe they put a vinyl table cloth on it, the kind with the cotton or felt like lining and through the years of heat and the layers of varnish it has on it the lining somewhat stuck to the top of the table. When I went to clean it up the fuzzy stuff would not come off no matter what I did so we thought we would try a spot with some paint stripper and it come off. That is ... morewhy the spot is on the top. My intentions then was to strip it off and restain it but never had the time to do it and hated to see this beautiful table sit around and need the space so I am selling it as it is. As you can see on the spot that we stripped under all the varnish that was on it the grain is beautiful and on the leaf, it is the natural color. This table is on wheels except for the center one is missing. But I should have one somewhere around here that I will put on it if I do. Also there is a piece of wood that is off on one of the legs as shown in the pictures. Other than that it is very nice. Once it is restained or whatever one wants to go about finishing the top it will look awesome. The table measures 42" square x 30" tall without the leaf and 25-1/2" from the ground to the bottom of the table. The leaf is approx. 12" wide. I have provided several pictures to view. Antique Mission oak square tables from 1901 in very good condition. This large square legged table is 4 foot x 4 foot. Height is 29 1/2" h. The table takes two chairs on each side. Seating for six works best on each table. These were made at the Marietta. Chair Company in Ohio 1901. We viewed the sales receipt from 1901 at the auction at this Masonic temple/Mason/Blue star lodge which was opened in the 1880's. All the chairs had tags from the Marietta Chair Company and said they were fumed oak. I am assuming these were ther same, since they were purchased together back then. We accpet ALL payment methods. This set is in superb condition because it was only used a few times per year as the owners had a large set of table and chairs in their kitchen and the dining room was rarely used. The suite was made by the Royal Oak Furniture Company in England exclusively for Harrods. The Set comprises the following: Refectory dining table. In solid oak with four cm thick top. This wonderful traditional solid oak table has cup and cover legs which have been hand carved with icanthus leaf design, the table skirt has been hand carved with lunettes and the trade mark rose.
