It stands on lovely turned and fluted legs and has a substantial shaped stretcher base. The table will comfortably seat 4, or 6 people if smallish chairs are used. The table measures 120cm long. 89cm wide and the table surface is 77cm high. The table is in very good antique condition. Structurally strong and robust. Have you ever seen a Arts& Crafts Oak base with slag glass in this design? there are plenty of the all oak bases with out slag glass& also the metal arts& crafts Lamps this design have the slag glass base. So if your after the special one, this is for you. everything on this lamp base is Org. except I replaced the wiring& cord. Look at the great metal work on the shade supports& the Original multiple color swirl Slag glass surround by the Org. finish Oak base. This lamp base proudly stands 15" tall& a wing span of 11" for your shade.the arched feet of the base spread across 7 1/2" side to side. This base has not been messed with or taken apart. So I would say It has the Org glass. One side has the similar one on the opposite side ... moreit almost looks light colored(faded)but the wood is not faded& is still dark. So that's why I put a picture of the inside. For viewing all 4 pieces.the only way to change the glass is to completely take apart the base,which if you look at all the bottom corners it shows that it hasn't been taken apart. 2 out of the 4 metal shade holders have a little piece of wood they mount on& are loose. Came loose from age& just need a little glue to secure them.There are pictures of all 4 side& 1 picture of the little loose piece the has the shade screwed to it added to the very end of the picture slideshow. See the pics, it is signed with the limbert brand, and splined as well. The dimensions are 36" wide, and just shy of 48" long. This auction is for a oak table and set of four chairs in the mission style. I am not sure what its purpose was for being this small i think it was a salesman sample. the table is about 19" long and is 9.5" wide and stands 7 3/4" tall the base is al mortised together and has stretcher that runs the lenght of it. oak has nic epatina and is in great condition. there is also 4 chairs all made the same with nice oak and they are about 12" tall/ all 4 are in perfect condition. it is made of oak and the corners are all made by putting the wood through the post( forgot what it is called) It is a great table and chairs. if you have any questions just ask. also listed a settee bench made the same from the same home. will combine shipping It looks like a stickley bench we had years ago. This is a heavy very solid stool for its size- it weighs 21 pounds! The lathe turned legs have a classic Empire period style, a bit more balky than Eastlake. Antique Quartersawn Oak Claw Foot Table
Item: Up for auction is this professionally restored Claw Foot Parlor Table. The table is constructed of solid quartersawn oak. The table top measures 28 x 28 and it stand 30 inches tall. The glass balls in the metal talons are right at 3 inches in diameter. The table has been structurally reinforced under the top an bottom shelf to prevent any separation in the future. There are some chips in the glass balls. But fortunately most are on the underside or back and do not show when the table is in use. The only exception is shown in photo#9. This is a very well constructed, high quality table. I've tried to capture the details of its construction in the photos. The contrast in color on the top is not as dramatic as the photos would indicate. The only other imperfection is a tiny chip on the edge of the lower shelf. The terms restored and ... morerefinished are not meant to convey perfection. While the restoration process removes or minimizes imperfections, subtle signs of its age and use remain. Overall, this table is in excellent condition and should provide many years of use and beauty. Pricing: I do not use reserve pricing. I will establish what I think is a fair starting price for each item. That way potential buyers can make a choice to pursue the item or not. Rare A Brandt Ranch Oak Pedestal Floor Model Ashtray Ash Tray Table Estate Find
I believe this A Brandt Ranch Oak Pedestat Ashtray is an extremely rare piece. I have sold a bit of this line over the years but I have never seen this particular item before. It is in very good condition cosmetically and is structurally sound. There are a couple of dry spots on the table top but no noticable stains. Deep scratches or any other damage. I do not think it was used as an ashtray for long because it has no cigrarette burns and the glass tray has little surface wear. The estate I purchased it from was smoke free at the time I aquired it and it has no detectable cigarette odor. I have not washed or polished it, but I am sure it would clean up beautifully. It is not signed but I guaratee it is an A Brandt creation. It measures 23" tall and the top is 14" square. The heavy clear glass ashtray stands about 3/4" higher ... morethan the table top. Sizes: 30" across top, base platform 6" 8 sided column, 21" high, 6 1/2" diameter at bottom of column, 5 1/2" diameter at top of column. The underside of the table top is stenciled 3110. Base platform sits on 4 curled legs, top and base attached with long threaded rod, and four sided carriage nut. The item is located in Galena. LOW TANK WATER CLOSET, OAK, PATENTED 1908, with MARBLE TOP, alternate TABLE
This is a vintage antique Low Water Closet made of Oak type wood with a rock type marble top(not plastic) It is lovely sitting by itself as a decoration and used as a low shelf. The marble lid measures 22 inches long by 9 inches deep and it has a small hole in it and is 7/8 inches thick. The back of the water closet is stamped"No 3 Tank Patented Aug. 11. 1908. The original copper lining is in the tank, along with its parts less its flapper and original flush handle. The original flush handle is missing and was replaced with a modern reproduction, the handle part only. It appears a board maybe missing, or it was made this way as I see no nail holes, on the back side at its base. A board 2 1/2 inches by 19 3/4 inch maybe missing there. The marble lid is not the original lid for this water closet. The water closet measures 20 1/2 inches ... morewide by 8 3/4 inches deep by 15 inches high or 16 1/4 inches high with the marble lid attached. I used this water closet as a table and decoration in a bathroom and the last few photos shows boards underneath the unit so that it balanced with the piping still attached to the closet. I will include the small boards to balance the unit in case you desired to utilize the water closet as a table or furniture. Or as a decoration conversation piece. Antique Quarter Sawn Tiger Oak Glass Ball Claw Foot 2-Tier Nonnast Parlor Table
This listing is for a Antique Quarter-sawn Tiger Oak Victorian Glass Ball Claw Footed 2-Tier Parlor Table. This piece stands 30 inches tall~ approx 2 1/2 feet. 22 3/4 inches across the top/ square. The bottom shelf. At the narrowest point, measures 15 inches across square. The glass balls in the feet measure 3 inches across and the legs. At the widest point, about half way up, measures 3 1/4 inches across. This table is not marked. Signed, dated, stamped or otherwise labeled. There is a small dark stain to the table top that measures approx 4inches by 2 inches. A darker spot next to that as well but not sure what that spot is. Both can be seen in the last picture. There are no major chips. Cracks or other issues to any part of the wood. It is possible this is a Louis F Nonnast table made between 1878-1888. Antique Singer Sewing Machine This is an antique'Singer' treadle sewing machine. The last patent date on this is 1896. So this is at least from the turn of the 19th century. This is oak wood with a flat top cover. So you can use this as a table when not in use. The machine folds inside nicely. This has a wonderful gold Sphinx detail on it. Which I have always enjoyed looking at. This also comes with the original pamphlet and puzzle box of accessories. This measures 30" tall. 3' 1" wide, and 18" deep. There are some bobbins in the little front drawer that you are welcome to have as well.
