It' s amazing this lamp shade has survived so many years in good condition. There is a slight dent on one side. But it can probably be straightened out. It's barely noticeable. A vintage Majestic 2 light brass table lamp complete with its fiberglass drum shades. The 2 arms are curved in opposite directions at top where swivel hardware allows each shade to be angled in various directions. Approx. frame measurements: 22"H x 16"W plus shades. Shades: 6"H x 10"W. The shades show free form gold lines and a wider black swirl design. Artistically designed. The swirls give the illusion of movement as if causing the UNUSUAL SHAPE of the shades. Vintage Oval Brass Tray Table 40" x 30" Mid Century Modern Base Dragon center. This amazing and huge brass tray has a pie crust edge and measures 40" x long and 30" wide. When placed on the stand. It is 18" tall. Tray was made in Hong Kong(stamped on the back) Has a hook for hanging on the wall. The central design is a dragon. Around the center are scenes of animals and birds in folliage, plus flowers. A few inches toward the center from the pie crust edge, the tray"steps down" to form a deeper well in the oval center. The mid-century style stand is stained a reddish brown. There are brass feet on the six legs and suction cups at the leg end the tray sits on. Brass tray is in nice condition. With no dents, cracks or holes in it. Polishes up beautifully to a nice brass sheen. Front could be[polished more, ... moreplus back side needs more cleaning. Legs are joined securely in the center. The base folds flat for easy storage. Wood is in nice condition. Two legs have hairline cracks close to the center, probably from dryness. There is no indication they will crack through. Brass feet need more cleaning. Rubber on suction cups is dry and has deteriorated in a few places, but the tray sits flat. Overall, stand and tray are quite heavy, causing higher shipping fees. Three is a great number for arrangement. Odd but stable in any visual alignment. These are matching and came from the same estate which had furnishings which were predominately 50's-70's. Wood frames are made for 10" x 13" images or smaller depending on matting. Made of 3/4" wide channeled wood with embossed bead, rope and rosebud designs still tight at corners. Clear glass for all three is included and original, no cracks/chips/defects and only needs to be cleaned to use. Backs slide in and have built-in stand for table display or two rings on velvet back for hanging. Mid Century teak Danish hanging swag lamp or table top vintage lighting
I have other Mid Century Modern items and more lamps listed seperately. Awesome find here a Mid Century hanging lamp with a great design. The way this one is designed you can actually flip it over and use as a table lamp. This has minor wear you would expect on a lamp from the 1960s and it has a nice long cord on it with a switch built in. Mid century mercury glass ball table lamp very cool
You are looking at A used mid century mercury glass ball lamp. This lamp measures 18” tall. About 9” at the widest part of the ball and the very bottom base is 6” The lamp has one 1-1/2” crack toward the bottom of the ball and has some clouding next to the top ring. As you can see in the pictures the lamp still looks very good for its age. There are two pictures of the crack. I don’t believe the crack affects the structure of this lamp. It is very hard to see and even harder to get pictures of. The lamp functions perfectly. The paint at the top and bottom is in great condition. Here’s your chance to get a very cool looking lamp. Wow. When they designed and manufactured this one they did it for KEEPS. Mid Century Modern Coffee Table with Tapered Legs. Would love to know the Designer of this. Jens Risom? Probber? who? anyone know? This is a great size Coffee Table. Not Huge! Doesn't take up the whole room. Measurements are: Diameter 28 1/4" Round frame is made forever! 2" wide and 2 1/2" thick, Rock hard maple as far as I can tell. Round formica cap top 25 3/8" diameter and 3/8" above frame. Tapered legs measure 2 1/2" at top slight edge bevel and 1" bottom tip, see picture) still has metal sleeves for castors or leg tips. Table height as well as leg height is 15 1/2" As you can see the varnish finish has some wear around the edges. Some Russ character scratched his name into the top finish on the maple frame. No even real ... morenoticable, have to look for it. NO REPAIRS TO THIS TABLE. As far as shipping. The legs will be removed and numbered, 1 bolt for each. wrapped and place in bottom of table and bubble wrapped and slipped into a 30" x 30" by 4" box. Total weight 26 lbs. Price for shipping 45.00. This Coffee Table is in good original condition. And it has a stylish and decorat ive mid-century style design, with an interesti ng Lucite design on the base. See pictures. This Coffee Table is secure and sturdy. With some small scratches and some spots here and there as part of its age and wear& tear. T here are some minor imperfections and scratches on the glass-top.
