Mid Century Modern Art Deco Dining Table. Beautiful design. Timeless and exquisite with a lot of detail. The legs are large with a ribbed design going vertically. They meet two diagonal cross bars underneath that are rounded at top. Have horizontal line ribbing and have a scalloped design on the bottom. The table is made of solid wood with a veneer on the top and skirt indicative of the era and style of the furniture during this period. The finish is orangish brown in color. The finish is in good condition throughout the piece. There are very few flaws in the table veneer and all have been repaired in the past so are barely noticeable. See pics for details. There is obviously some wear and imperfections, ie scuffs, scratches and small chips in veneer due to practical use and age. It measures 28" tall and just under 48.5" wide at its widest point. With the two leaves in it is almost 9 1/2ft long! Each leaf is 19.5" wide. This is a vintage table. With marks of wear. Vintage Mid Century Modern Frankl Robsjohn-Gibbings era Dining Table 2 leaves
Up for consideration is a Vintage Mid Century Modern Dining table with 2 leaves. It has factory identification stenciled on the bottom of the table as well as on one of the leaves. The table measures 42 inches wide by 64 inches long without leaves. Each leaf is 18 inches which adds an additional 36 inches to length when extended. This brings the length up 96 inches or 8 foot. The table is very well built with rounded tapered legs which are conjoined by a curving horizontal base. The table is heavy well built and a fine example of quality craftsmanship. After an exhaustive search an exact example could not be found in the historical record. Although similar examples seem to look as if it may have been produced by Brown Saltman Paul Laszlo Design or Robsjohns-Gibbings for Widdicomb. For Sale is a beautiful Family Room/Rec Room table by"Walters of Wabash" furniture company. It is built with absolute top quality construction. Very heavy duty and"last forever" materials. It comes with 6 chairs and a leaf, or can be used without the leaf and 4 chairs if needed. The chairs are a nice deep green, feels like thick supple leather, not sure. The table is in great shape also, with basically no flaws, the leaf is a very slightly different color, probably due to being stored while the rest of the table was in a sunlit room for years. 102" MID CENTURY MODERN DANISH DINING EXTENSION TABLE BY BRDR FURBO DENMARK
This is a gorgeous signed BRDR FURBO Denmark extension table. The first picture is stock but the others are the actual table. It features geometric legs. Pull out hideaway extensions and it is modular so it can be completely disassembled and layed flat for easy storage and transport. It is in excellent overall condition with one area of wear through the finish on the top. Perphaps it can be darkened to be less noticeable. There is a little edge wear and one area of rub wear on one extension edge(see close up) It is very sturdy and solid and the largest version of this table I have seen. It measures 102.25" long with extensions and 63" closed, it is 39.25" wide and 29.25" high. Sold as pick up only unless other arrangements are made. Thank you!

Vintage 1950's Oak Table with Leaf. Steel Legs(Possibly Originally Chrome) Mid-Century Modern Style Perfect Retro Dining or Kitchen Table Expandable with Built-in Leaf This table was made by the Williamsburg Chair Factory in Williamsburg OH. USA, just outside of Cincinnati, OH. Judging from the style, this original table could have been made anywhere from the late 1940's to the early 1960's. The remnants of the original label(see picture) indicate it came from the factory with an O'Neil Duro(of Milwaukee, WI) finish. Some additional info on the Williamsburg Chair Factory- According to a furniture appraisal website I found. Mr. Ray White posted this comment: My family made these chairs[referred to in the original posting] The factory started in 1898 but closed in the 1960's. It was owned by the White family of Williamsburg. ... moreNormal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE" This may explain why there is a factory crayon inscription"Gunther or Heather( White" underneath the table top- could be a quality control mark or builder's signature. There is also what I believe to be a model number(1000) written twice. Today. I would say most of that original O'Neil Duro finish on the top is worn off. In fact, this table would look perfect with a mild refinishing- pictures show the table as-is.not polished and not even cleaned! The top surface shows a couple of what appears to be cigarette burns, a couple stains, and 2 spots with traces of'Great Stuff' insulation, which should easily scrape/sand off. The table has always been kept in the kitchen or garage since my family owned it. I believe the wood to be Oak. But I am not a wood or furniture expert. The lip of the table is a fluted wood that has been painted a cream color in the last 20 years. Steel loop legs have also been painted the same color. I have no idea what the original color or finish of the legs and table top edge was supposed to be. But I would suspect the legs were originally chrome. I appreciate any comments tha

Mid Century Danish Modern Svegards Markaryd Teak Dining Set Table + 6 Chairs
Set is in very good condition with the exception of one chair that has a leg that has been repaired with a couple of screws and some glue as pictured. All other chairs are structurally VERY sound. Besides that. There is a couple of very small 1/4" holes in the original tweed fabric on two of the chairs and just normal wear to the tabletop from use that would be commensurate with age. The other four chairs are free of holes and their upholstery is pretty much perfect w/ very little visible soiling. Chairs are signed by manufacturer and from my research I am pretty sure that the table is made by Svegards Markaryd as well. Heavy chrome plated steel legs. The table was re-glued at some point and straps were added at the five and six section(at 8 inches from the top in the pics of the underneath) The other two straps seen at the bottom don't look to be needed for anything. The only thing you can see on top. There is a slight raise in a couple spots at five meets six. We could not get it to show up well in the pics. The rest of the table is seamless. I don't know the type of wood but there is a top and the center is hollowed out. There are some(3) very small fractures in the cylinder but my camera is not picking it up.
