The table's frameThe marble is inset into the table's carved egg-n-dart frame. The marble is a deep rich black color with very ni The marble has wonderful whitc veining throughout. The legs have carvings at their tops and the table's legs end in carved paw feet. I believe the table is done in an antique Chipendale style table. I purchased this beautiful table in 1988 from a local antique shop. It was sold and advertised as a 1920s coffee/center table. And its finish and construction appears to be from that time period to the early 1940s. I commissioned an antiques refinisher to do a French polish on the wood ... moreand to do a high polish on the marble. I believe the table has a lacquer finish, however, I am not absolutely sure because I am not an expert in furniture finishes. The furniture restoration turned out what I hoped for, and I've enjoyed having the piece in my home ever since. Beneath the marble top is a shelf which is perfect for books and magazines. This table is perfect for a family room, office, den or library. It measures approximately 42" in diameter. This is a very unusual gilt coffee table with a marble top made in Italy It sits on 4 lion paw feet with a heavy thick stretcher to the base for support and has carved crests to the top. This is a beautiful swivel table in the Milo Baughman style. I am unsure of its exact age or the maker. It is in excellent condition and is strong and solid. It has a gorgeous black and white marble base that weighs 60 pounds by itself. It has the Original glass inserts with no chips or cracks. It does have some scratches on the big piece. But nothing significant. This table has been very well cared for and is nice and clean. The large glass top is 27.5" in diameter. Each smaller one measures 19.5" in diameter. It is 17" tall. It is 42.5"53.5" long and 27.5"41" deep. It will be partially disassembled for shipping. Glass will ship separately from marble base. It swivels smoothly and perfectly. This is a rare beautiful Eames Era style table. I've never seen another one like it.

For it's age this piece is in wonderful condition. Marble top has subtle. Beautiful marks with a lovely designed edge. The cast iron base a unique curling design. Please note there are three minor hairline"fractures" on the marble top. Very fine and barely noticeable. There also is a very small chip on the edge and some minor surface scratches. The top and bottom are not attached. Making it easy for transporting. Measures 44" across by 15" high. It weighs a lot! This is a solid and sturdy piece of furniture. 40"x 19" tall round cocktail table. This high end quality item purchased from an interior designer about 15 years ago(for nearly $1000) and is still in like new condition. The fluted carved wood legs have a silver/grey crackled faux finish. The legs are set into a metal frame with a brushed antique gold finish. Brass Granite Marble Coffee Table Mid Century Knoll Dunbar Widdicomb Style
Up for your consideration is this Amazon brass and granite coffee table. The bank tag looks to be about late 60s and definitely 70s so it's got some age. I do not know manufacturer so I will leave that to the buyer. Has some patina to the brass as pictured. The granite top is in fantastic shape but would look better with a cut piece of marble. The high shipping price is because of the weight of the granite. All my items are vintage unless otherwise stated. Some use and wear is to be expected. Vintage Recatngular Iron and marble coffee table
Good looking style. But needs some TLC. The iron base is in excellent condition, but the marble has a chipped corner and some rust staining. But if you take it to a stone mason, it can be cleaned and polished, and the chip can be fixed, and it will be beautiful. The dimensions are 41.25" x 22.5" x 17" high. It is very solid and heavy. If you take a look at photo#2, you can see how good it can look. We used it on a screened porch. As for shipping. I have listed it as local pick up only, but certainly it could be shipped to you via common carrier. I like Plycon, and if you want rates, their web site is very user friendly.
