Beautiful solid teak dining table made in Denmark by Ansager Mobler. Size: 41.5"x 72" Extends to 111" Fantastic for entertaining. This is a"draw leaf" or"dutch leaf" table, so the leaves slide under the table top. Previously owned. Legs are removable. Leaves are somewhat darker from not having been exposed to sunlight. This is an authentic beautiful Blonde wood table and 4 chairs with 3 leaves from an Esate. You don't see great legs and lines like this on the base of many tables. Also note the curved wavy shape at the end of the table top. Very versatile. Use this with 2 chairs with the sides dropped all the way down. For a kitchen, or desk area or for full dining. I believe the wood is cherry though haven't had it confirmed( yet) Table measures 62" x 40"without leaves. Each leaf is 8" for a possible length of 78" PLEASE NOTE: Photo shows table without leaves. But I have not been able to document this- it also looks quite similar to an early table by Hans Wegner, but I do not believe Wegner worked through Tanier. The table is in good to very good vintage condition with some expected wear/minor nicks/imperfections. It is very attractive and functional. It measures 45" in the center X 29 1/2" without the leaves. Leaves can easily be removed as they hang on brass hinges and slot into place when needed. Seats 12 fully extended to 96" This table goes from seating a family of six everyday with the extensions slid under each other to a huge family gathering table for 12 people! This table is in good condition. It did have a repair to one leg(pictured) You almost don't notice it as the repair is under the lip of the table. That leg is very solid now. This is a gorgeous Danish dining table made of teak. It is unique in that many danish dining tables had more rounded edges whereas this one has more squared edges. It is very solid and stable with a beautiful wood grain. As seen in pic#9. It has a spot which is located near the center of the table. It has a branded mark to the underside the says"AM Made in Denmark" It looks very similar to the tables made by Gangso Mobler, most of which have tiles in the top. Hi There! This auction is for a vintage Danish Modern Winged Dining Table. This was purchased by us from a very reputable and popular Danish Modern furniture store in Los Angeles. The store had completely refinished the table and it looks great! We loved this table. But now with a little one running around it just doesn't have a place in our home anymore.
