Up for consideration is a vintage industrial stainless steel and maple butcher block drawered prep table. The piece measures 72" inches long by 30 inches deep by 31 inches deep. The height is 33 1/2 inches tall. The table has some discoloration and could stand a good cleaning. Great as a work bench or clean it up and it can easily brought up to standard for indoor use. The top is made of laminated maple which is very thick and heavy. The table has 2 stainless drawers. This sets it apart from many on the market. This heavy. Large table once had wood vises attached to each corner, I bought it at an estate sale but I believe this originated at a trade school. The wood is lighter colored than it appears in the photos. I put it up in my hay loft to keep it out of the elements but it is dark up there(sorry for the poor photos) The table top has definite character. Industrial Machine Age Work Table/ Bench Up for auction is a very nice piece of vintage furniture. This table/ bench features an industrial metal base with a HEAVY butcher block top. The table was made by Hallowell. The table measures 36” wide by 96” long by 31.5” high. The butcher block top is 2.25” thick. The top does remove from the base for transport if needed. You are considering an antique butcher block workbench that was pulled from Ohio Amish country. This workbench was black with grease and grime. It was cleaned. And rubbed with wax. I could bring it to a high shine, but not all buyers want such. Now it is beautiful, solid and heavy. It is about 74" wide x 24" deep x 33" tall. The top and base are pegged together, and can be easily seperated. It has a small lap drawer with a lager drawer below it. It is a great size for a kitchen island, sofa table, server, TV console or wine bar. Take a look at the detail on the wood vise in picture#2. It was produced in Chicago based on the tag in picture#6. I took many pictures so you could judge its condition for yourself. I have a few smaller workbenches listed, and many more that need a little TLC. Vintage Industrial 6 Ft. Pollard Factory Table Drawer Maple Butcher Block Top
This is a vintage c1940s Pollard Factory Table with a 2” Maple Butcher Block Top in excellent condition. It measures 6'long x 31 1/2"d x 37"h and features a drawer on the left side. This piece was salvaged fro m a Cicero. IL factory and was fabricated by Pollard Bros. Chicago, who also made high quality, work benches, factory carts, etc. This table will come to you restored(top sanded& sealed with a food safe matte finish and the base cleaned/degreased) Make me an offer if you would like to purchase the table as is. The frame is constructed of cast angle iron in a time worn green patina and the legs have floor plates for added stability. The drawer is also mounted on cast pieces which can be unbolted and moved. 30 X 72 Rock Maple Butcher block table
This was an inspection table for a local printing company. It was run through a 36 inch wide belt sander to level it out and 3 coats of polyurethane were applied and sanded between each coat. It is available with either set of legs that are shown. The wooden legs were taken from a mahogany dining room table and refinished. The other choice is two sets of singer sewing machine legs that were sandblasted and repainted. The table alone weighs 130 lbs, therefore it is a pick up only at my location in Ruther Glen VA.

Up for your bidding is a wonderful industrial table with two drawers that I pulled out of a building that had been there for the last 30 or 40 years. This does have the butcher block top and the steel backsplash that you don't see that often. The butcher block top has different paint splatters that would clean up but I felt I would leave it up to the new owner whether to leave it or clean it back to the original wood. Heavy chrome plated steel legs. The table was re-glued at some point and straps were added at the five and six section(at 8 inches from the top in the pics of the underneath) The other two straps seen at the bottom don't look to be needed for anything. The only thing you can see on top. There is a slight raise in a couple spots at five meets six. We could not get it to show up well in the pics. The rest of the table is seamless. We acquired several B.B. tops out of a PA estate sale where the owner worked for Knoll. From what I gathered from the family at the sale Knoll produced a line of butcher block furniture. It did not go well and Knoll sold overstock to it's employees. This top is vintage 1960's and has a nice yellow patina and is in excellent vintage condition.
