Made in Italy with pink accents over gold on solid wood, with gesso plaster overlay and intricately carved tops then painted inside the carvings. Each table has the made in Italy on the underside. The largest table is 22" wide by 14" deep by 24" tall. Medium table with most wear to the top is 21" tall by 16.5" width by 13 1/4" depth Smallest is 18" tall by 12" wide by 12" depth. There are two tiers, bottom matching the top in shape and size, but the top is marble and bottom a gorgeous grain wood, and both are bordered with bronze gallery. Pair of Original Antique Georgian Claw Tilt Top Tea Tables Pie Crust 18th Cent
The two tables are a matching set and measure approx 29" tall when open. The diameter of the table top is approx 24" The space between legs is approx 17" center to center leg. The height is approx 41" tall when tilted upright. The tables appear to be in very good condition overall but I am not an authority on the details of these tables. I am describing them to the best of my ability and knowledge provided to me by the owner. They appear to operate properly and tilt and lock into place correctly. I am not an expert in antiques or furniture so PLEASE review pictures carefully and ask questions if needed before bidding as the tables are sold as is. I am selling these for a friend and the tables are in his possession so if questions are asked. Please be patient for a day or two so I can review and obtain an answer.

This is a mahogany Pembroke Table made by Elite Tables. Elite Furniture Co. in Jamestown, NY. The company was founded in 1909 so I imagine this was made shortly thereafter. The table has one dovetailed drawer and hinged leaves that lock in when raised. Measures approx. 24" high. 21.5" wide and with leaves open 27" long. They where apparently well cared for by 2 owners the 93 year old lady and myself. These are original. No damage. No repairs, no repaint, no retouch. Ready for display as they were in my home. This is a gorgeous set of nesting tables. They are deeply carved wood with ornate Asian scenes and the edges are carved flowers(dogwood. I believe) The corners are rounded for a unique design. The smaller table has a highly carved drawer also. The pieces are in very good shape with some minor scuff marks and one ring on top of the larger one. The top of the smaller one in great shape as it has be been protected by taller one. There are also minor scrapes where the table has hit the wall or something. Having had plenty of time to age, the mahogany on this pair of antique half moon tables has developed the ideal patina. This warm, medium brown color will go well with almost any decorating scheme. The simple Chippendale style includes four square tapered legs that end in spade feet. The back legs are inset away from the corners. This was done so that if the tables were near a narrow walkway, one would not accidentally kick the back legs as they walked past. This pair is in very good condition. They have survived the years with only minor nicks and marks that now serve to provide the tables with character and charm. We have included some close up pictures that show samplings of these marks. They are very good with some minor surface cosmetic blemishes which are not too severe or distracting and can be resolved if you should chose to do so. A wonderful pair of nightstands or side tables with two drawers in each that are made by Karpen furniture of Chicago. Made of all solid walnut with ornate pewter hardware and acorn drop finial accents on corners. Karpen furniture was in business from mid 1800s to 1950s and made high quality pieces. A group of 9 brothers designed and hand crafted high quality woods to create long lasting furniture. This set of tables are sturdy and in excellent vintage condition. I believe they were refinished along the way but still have nice color and patina so I doubt there was sanding done. They each measure 14" deep. 18" wide and 29" tall at farthest points. This is a charming set of three solid wood nesting tables with a rich. Dark mahogany finish on legs and around table top, mustard colored table tops with a streaky grain-like appearance, brown stenciled borders, and a lovely hand painted floral center on the largest table. All three tables are in very good condition and all-original with only a few minor light scratches, scuffs, and shallow dings on each, and they all have a few spots of age-related light crazing to the finish. A few of the legs have evidence of wood glue around the joints(visible glue and drips) but none of the legs feel loose and the glue is not extremely obvious. The smallest table slides into grooves under the medium table's top, and the medium table slides into grooves under the largest table, so they nestle snugly. Antique 20's Duncan Phyfe Style Pair Mahogany Side Tables Lyre Harp Base Ornate Up for your consideration is a stunning vintage pair of Duncan Phyfe style/Mersman Mahogany side tables with Lyre/harp base. Circa 1920's. Part of the original label is intact on the bottom of one tables the only legible part is the last 3 letters which looks like'man' and below that is the reminesce of the word'Tables' so I am guessing they are Mersman. Measurements are 27" tall x 24.5" long x 18" wide. Fantastic lyre shaped base with great carved detail and original brass claw feet all intact. They both have some age/patina including a few lighter spots nothing bothersome, some darker spots and a couple spots where the finish is more worn. One of the tops of the tables has two spots where there is a glue? or thicker finish? ... moreshown in pics. I think this could easily be lightly sanded and fixed with little effort. These are original have not been refinished so they show there natural patina they have been lightly Feed n Waxed in effort to preserve the natural luster in the Mahogany. They are delicate with the cabriole legs with an older mortise and tenon construction(see pictures) and the inlaid tops of each in exotic and fruit woods. The hand carved and pierced or reticulated floral and acanthus leaf aprons add to the pleasing characteristics of these tables. The bottom shelf of each is beautifully grained. The feet are carved. The fabulous grain of each of the woods is icing on the cake! This is a fascinating antique pocket sundial with the gnomen and dial rotating to find North like a compass so that it will then provide an indication of the time accurately when aligned accordingly. There is a table of time adjustments in the lid which vary during the year. Whilst it can be used indoors it lacks the glass dome over the inside that would have protected it from the effect of the wind outside. However. This does not detract from the visual appeal of this instrument with its delightful ebony woodwork in very fine condition with no cracks or chips. There are a few tiny spots on the paper tables inside the lid and a couple of spot marks on the dial- these may easily clean off but I do not feel confident to try this myself. This book belonged to my father, who was born in 1903. It was given to him by one of his teachers around 1917.
